The cottage is 5 km from the RN 165, 15 km from the entrance to Nantes, 40 km from the beaches of the Côte de Jade and 50 km from La Baule

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. From Couëronnais bocage, come and rest in an authentic and charming residence. A privileged moment in the heart of a historic hamlet with views of the horses of the Bois des Loups stable. Built in 1550, our two cottages used stable for the woodland estate with wolves as once called, during the Middle Ages and Renaissance periods. A walking path serving the hamlet for several kilometers, will satisfy runners and walkers.

Nestled in a charming typical neighborhood, close to the river and shops (bistro, bakeries, butchery, pharmacies, tobacco press, supermarket close by...), 15 minutes from the city center of Nantes and 35 minutes from the first beaches, our completely renovated 55 m2 accommodation is available for a weekend or more as a couple, as a family, or for a professional stay on weekdays.
