Angélique and Romane welcome you to this 2021 house located quietly at the end of a private cul-de-sac. The Marcs d'Or district is located in Dijon on one of these heights and is a few minutes from the train station, the city center, the Route des Grands Crus and the International City of Gastronomy and Wine. You will have private parking for two vehicles in front of the house as well as three bus lines within a radius of less than a kilometer. Languages: English and Italian

Note: The 5th bedroom is located in the attic. The insulation is okay, but in case of very high heat, the temperature can reach a high level and alter comfort. Located in a charming village in the Ouche Valley, crossed by the Ouche River and the Burgundy Canal, 10 km from Dijon and 10 km from the Prenois circuit. Private room for 2 people, independent of our home, with bathroom and kitchenette. Parking in closed courtyard or on the street. Shops in the village Calm and relaxation are the major assets of our studio.
