This home was a beautiful destination in and of itself. Aurelie has curated and designed a truly magical space, and it was a pleasure to experience being in it. The home is in a somewhat remote area (which was an excellent change from our few days in Paris) but we loved the short drive into Honfleur and the proximity to Deauville and Trouville. We rented a car from the Deauville-Trouville train station and found that to be the easiest way to access the Normandy region. We ended up cooking dinner in the home, and the kitchen had all that we needed for a picture-perfect meal. Aurelie accommodated the very few small issues that arose, which I greatly appreciated. The home was spotlessly clean, and the beds were comfortable. Reading by the fire with my mother and sister in this lovely space was among the highlights of our time in France.

I was fortunate enough to stay at the mill for the D Day celebrations this year and Kristin and Jean-Lou’s accommodation is a piece of french paradise. Set in idyllic french countryside, quiet, peaceful and private but within easy of reach of local towns it provided a perfect base for exploring all the D Day locations. The perfect hosts, I even received some fresh hand picked cherries from their garden which was a lovely surprise, I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return. An informative detailed plan for the DDay beaches was provided by Francois. lovely flat perfectly located for easy walk into Bayeux. there is a Saturday market 5 mins away, typically French. Our host was always happy to help with info and advice. we will definitely be back and recommend to family and friends.

A Charming and Authentic Stay with a Wonderful Host! Our stay at Tiffany's Airbnb was truly delightful! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the picturesque and authentic atmosphere of the place. It felt like stepping into a peaceful, charming world, perfectly capturing the essence of the local area. I highly recommend Tiffany's place to anyone looking for a unique and genuine experience with a fantastic host. I can't wait to visit again!

Josiane and Francis are exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to allow us to tour Normandy in this busy time for the region -- the 81st commemoration of the D-Day landings. Their property is lovely -- peaceful and bucolic -- a calm and cozy oasis. We took their restaurant recommendations and both L'Alchimie and Bonbonne were terrific. Even if you don't have a car, which was our case, the walk to the heart of Bayeaux is roughly 30 minutes, easy to navigate, and excellent exercise after a fine meal. And there are taxis. It rained on and off our entire stay, which is normal for Normandy, so we didn't have the weather or the time to avail ourselves of their tennis court. But we were happy to dry out in the comfortable studio, where we were welcomed in person by our warm-hearted hosts and with specialties of the region -- caramels and cider. A wonderful stay.

Stayed here for the 2nd time and it remains an absolutely great house. Great view where you can quietly see the tides of the sea come and go in absolute tranquility. Regardless of the weather, this is a fantastic house, in fine weather nice on the terrace and with some rain a block of wood in the stove and nice in the living room stay.

Pascal's gîte is beautiful and well cared for. It is well located to the centre of Bayeaux with 10min walk via a picturesque river path to the centre. Bayeaux itself had an overwhelming choice of restaurants and bars and many things to do. The apartment is close to several large local supermarkets. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our 3 night stay. Pascal provided clear instructions for accessing the property and suggestions of things to do in the local area. I would recommend Pascal's place to others and hope to stay there again next time I'm in the area.

Great house for visiting Normandy with 4bed/bath..fully renovated but with old world charm...for summer lounge chairs and bbq and fireplace for cool nights... location central enough to visit from Entretat to Mount Saint Michel....resteraunts and stores walking distance and a great short hike to cliffs and Omaha beach
