Vacation rentals with beach access in Cotton Tree, Maroochydore

Justine is fabulous host. Friendly, kind and helpful. She has a beautiful place with direct access to the beach and restaurants. She is proactive in her communication and was flexible allowing us an extra couple of hours in her beautiful flat! We have a marvellous weekend, thanks to her!

A great spot to stay if you want to be in the centre of things. Central to supermarkets and restaurants. We just wanted to stop and chill. It rained most of the time so stop we did. The most comfortable beds and pillows. Just the best. Sleep at the front if you want white noise or in the rear if you like more quiet. Really appreciated all the little things in the cupboards and cleaning items. Shower great. Fabulous fridge with never ending ice. Pool lovely on the one day we could visit it. Michelle’s communications were great and very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay - the location is especially great for kids being across the road from paths, a large playground and the water. Lots of restaurant and cafe options nearby, and walkable to the beach. The apartment is essentially two master suites. Both bedrooms are a similar size, with walk-through wardrobes. One has an ensuite and one has direct access to the main bathroom. We really enjoyed the large balcony and the view is better than the listing shows. We did find it a little inconvenient that the onsite parking is not assigned and was full for the duration of our stay, and the air conditioner is on a timer. Stayed for 2 weeks with my family. Really loved the place. My kids enjoyed the colorful birds at our balcony.

We absolutely loved visiting this magical spot and will definitely stay there again. Stephen was friendly, accommodating and flexible and the most impressive B&B host we have experienced. The unit we stayed in was beautifully decorated, clean and we felt comfortable straight away. The resort offered a variety of fun things to do while we stayed that we didn't need to venture outside of the resort for entertainment. We had 2 teenagers and a 9 year old who never got bored because of all the activities. The beautiful kangaroos that graced you with their presence in the evenings adds to the magic found at Stephens B&B. Stephen was so understanding and allowed for early check in and late check out which made us feel like we had an extra day and we felt staying here we got great value for our money we spent. Amazing, can't praise Stephen and his beautiful home enough. Everyone had a ball! Thank you Stephen from all of us.

A great location and our kids loved the pool and waterslide. The surf club across the road was perfect for an easy and delicious dinner or coffee/smoothie and the beach was beach was beautiful. A great stay!

We had the best time at Tracy’s place! The location and access to the water and resort facilities is fantastic. Such a gorgeous view - we were lucky to see kangaroos on the lake right outside every afternoon! One of the best I have stayed at. Tracy’s communication is great and incredibly responsive and the apartment was very clean. Super easy check in process. I would love to stay again and definitely recommend!

Great little spot, super close to the beach and close to a great little cafe. Everything we needed was within close proximity, Mooloolaba only about 20 mins walk away. The apartment was a great spot to relax in our down time as well

We enjoyed our 6 nights at Anne & David's place. The house is beautiful, clean, homey and relaxing straight away. The kitchen is well stocked with any utensils or gear you might need to cook up a storm. Lots of local food options also available, and we got some delivered a few times. Plenty of space for 2 small families or 1 large. It was great to walk out the back gate onto the pathway and onto the beach. A lovely beach to walk along with our kids and 2 little dogs, or to soak up the sun and views and build sandcastles. Afternoon shade is provided in some places by the dune trees. Anne was an excellent host with great communication and a genuine desire to create the best holiday space possible. The beach cart, beach toys and boogy boards were greatly appreciated and used by the kids. The outdoor and BBQ area next to the pool was very relaxing, quiet and beautiful with the garden plants and array of seating. Thanks Anne & David.

We had the best time. Amazing space for kids they had lots of toys to play with even though it rained the whole time there was enough space and things to do it didn’t really matter. All of the attention to detail was so great. Thank you

Fabulous home for a getaway in beautiful Coolum. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating and their home had all we needed for a lovely stay, including our fur baby!

Emily's place was quite idyllic, plenty of space & facilities for 3 families. The weather was wild but we still managed to take advantage of the pool & the beach. We would seriously consider another stay in the future Thank you for a great stay Marg

This place was very comfortable to stay. I needed somewhere secure for my dog for an extended stay and I was lucky to find this place available. Great location yet peaceful inside. Would book again for short term stays.

Another great stay on our work trip

We loved staying at Mary’s garden retreat. The accomodation was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. She left a lovely array of breakfast essentials, the beds were super comfortable and has lots of outdoor space as well as everything you need for peace and comfort inside. Can’t wait for our next stay.

It is so close to the beach, great coffee shop downstairs, the apartment is quiet, very clean and had everything necessary. It was perfect. This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Great location. Easy walk into Mooloolaba. Clean, fantastic views, great no hassle communication. Had everything that we needed for a short 3 day stay. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location, walking distance to Main Street, supermarket and BWS right around the corner as well as a 10ish min walk to Mooloolaba Beach!! Serene and Sarah were super accomodating and easy to communicate with! Comfy king bed and great amenities. Would definitely rebook!

We have stayed at Maree's property several times in recent years. That speaks for itself. We are generally quite fussy where we stay but we always holiday when at Coolum Beach at Maree's Airbnb without hesitation. Thanks Maree.

Great apartment. Suited our needs perfectly. Aircon worked well but we didn't need it during our stay. Brilliant location 2 mins from sunshine beach and 10 mins from Noosa.
