Our stay at this listing was amazing. The house was so well kept and beautifully furnished. Each of the rooms were spacious and had adjoining bathrooms. There was also a half bath, which is conveniently located in the living room. Barbara has everything you could possibly need. From beach chairs to towels to detergent. You name it everything was there. The thing that topped it all was the view from the pool. We will definitely be returning here. Thank you for making our stay in Nevis amazing. A plus was Derek,the building manager. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Derek was also very welcoming,

Nana’s is well taken care of by caretaker Mikey and either he or Pulmattie will take care of you should you have needs or directions. We rented a car from one of the local car companies on Nevis. You will need to drive a car to stay here. It is a down hill 15min walk to the beach, Grishi Beach, which is a great little spot to hang on a quiet beach, pay for a drink/food and use their lounge chairs on the beach. Other reviews mention the loud birds at night. We highly recommend ear plugs, as the birds start singing right at sunset and continue til dawn. And occasionally the next door dogs get loud when the monkeys stir things up in the ‘hood. There is AC in two of the three bedrooms and it can drown out the sound. But the beauty and fresh air wants the windows open! (screens closed as mosquitos come out at dusk). Great place otherwise and we will come back to Nana’s on our next visit to Nevis to enjoy the setting sun from the backyard porch.

Absolutely outstanding! We have stayed in quite a few ABB in Nevis, this is the best experience we have had coming to Nevis for the past 4 years. Laurel & Mikie are so friendly and full of interesting stories and local suggestions. They even brought over fresh banana pancakes- delicious! All the extra special touches they did made our trip absolutely perfect. The grounds are magical, the views & sunsets on the wrap around deck-breath taking! The house is sparking clean and has everything you need- everything & more. The beds are super comfortable. The ceiling fans and air conditioning in the rooms-perfect. We will be back!!!!

Brett’s place was so cute! They bed was comfortable, the views were spectacular, the cabin had everything we needed and we especially loved enjoying morning coffee looking out from the porch to the water and being around his lush garden. Brett was a wonderful host, very easy to get ahold of, and delightful to chat with. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Nevis.

Very difficult to improve on the previous reviews . Simply one of the most lovely places I’ve ever stayed . The whole vibe and feeling of the cottage only adds to the beautiful views and premium location . A complete hidden treasure but so accessible . Wonderful Neeta the housekeeper and Brett the most supreme host . A perfect team !!! The chirping birds , tree frogs and spectacular views front all angles of the house . This has been a most wonderful spiritual trip . You can’t leave Island View without being changed by its beauty . Many thanks again ! 🇮🇪🥰🌴

My wife and I had a great stay here. Being nestled in the forest is very unique and you feel like you are in the treetops when out on the deck. The views are amazing and being surrounded by nature makes it very tranquil and peaceful. The Monkey House is well equipped and full of character. Steve and Irene were amazing hosts, very thoughtful and considerate. They were super friendly and made us feel at home whilst still respecting our privacy. Hiring a car will mean you can very easily explore the wonderful island of Nevis. We hope we can stay again in the future.

We loved the island and our stay. Aside from the construction next door(which hopefully will be done soon), the condo complex is very peaceful and on a beautiful stretch of beach. We often had the beach and pool to ourselves! Our girls loved searching for starfish right off shore. There are a few restaurants within walking distance but the barefoot beach bar restaurant on the property was our favorite along with a couple other places including passions and bananas. We loved our ATV tour with funky monkey with our guide Neil! It was a great way to learn about the history of the island and check out some beautiful off the beaten path spots. Driving on the island was a little tricky as the roads tend to be narrow but we got used to it. A couple things happened over the course of the week but Samuel was always very responsive. We hope to return to Nevis one day and we would definitely stay in Samuel’s condo again.
