Independent accommodation but adjoining the owners. Independent entrance, overlooking the road. Consisting of a bathroom with toilet, sliding door, kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, filter coffee maker,Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster), lounge/s dining area. A miller's staircase with a banister leads to the second floor. Velux. Various storage. Parking is available on the opposite sidewalk. For 1 night you have to bring sheets and towels.

The apartment offered by Julie is really great! But be careful, we came at the time of the spring carnival (we had not paid attention) and it was impossible to access the accommodation by car (roads blocked 1 km around). But otherwise, the accommodation is perfect, and the location still allows you to do everything on foot! Thanks Julie for hosting us :)

Very nice house, well decorated and well equipped and extremely well located. Beaches, supermarket, bakery (very good) WALKING DISTANCE. Sainte Marie is a lovely village. The coastal trail that connects Pornic to Préfailles is wonderful. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time at Charly's place. We were hosted very well by Annie, who was very responsive and flexible. The apartment is in a great location, we did everything on foot. It is also very well decorated and equipped. We highly recommend this listing!

We had a wonderful weekend discovering the charms of the Marais and northern Vendée. The setting is peaceful and rejuvenating, with plenty of activities nearby. We enjoyed local specialties like brioche and oysters, and ended our stay with fun pool games at the property — a real treat! Aurélie and Jean-Luc are lovely hosts, caring and always offer good advice. A big thank you to you, and we look forward to coming back, we recommend it.
