With high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, the apartment is just as ready for a comfortable remote-work setup as it is for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect location on the 1st line of the beach, beautiful ocean views from the bedroom and the modern design of this apartment will make you feel cosy and enjoy a perfect holiday. 50 m2 of living surface and 8m2 balcony. Fully equiped kitchen, 43 inch smart-tv with satelite, fast wi-fi connection. The TV has over 40 english channels, as well as many more foreign language programms. Bedroom apartment spacious and perfect for 2 to 4 people. In the bedroom you have a large double bed 1.60 x 2m. with a comfortable high-quality mattress. In the living room there is a sofa bed 1.60 x 2m. The excellent quality of the textiles in the house offers comfort for the guests. Our bed lines are 200 and 300 thread count cotton, while the towels for our guests are 650gr/m2 Egyptian cotton.

Beach View Apartment

This newly furbished one bedroom apartment, sleeps 4, overlooking Playa Las Cucharas. Luggage storage available. The flat has a fully-equipped kitchen and living area, including a spacious and furnished balcony, free WIFI, TV with a Blu-Ray player and a dishwasher. The sofas can be used as two single beds or a double bed. If requested, the two single beds in the bedroom can also be made into a double. The bathroom has a vanity sink, walk-in shower, with a free washing machine & hairdryer.

Casa Ola, newly refurbished in Costa Teguise

Casa Ola is a newly refurbished apartment located in the excluve residential area Los Molinos, in Costa Teguise which is the sole designed by the master and visionaire César Manrique. The garden, the two pools and the building reflect the particular style you can only find in Lanzarote: white walls, lavic stones and cactus plants. At 300mt walking distance there is Playa Bastían, but you can reach Las Cucharas Beach and the centre of Costa Teguise in less than 15 minutes walk.

Duplex located in a quiet and safe complex close to shops and restaurants, the water park, and the golf course. The beach is 15 min. on foot, with a beautiful seaside walk. Opposite the complex there is a small supermarket and the Santa Rosa Sport gym is 10 minutes away. There is a bus stop just 5 minutes away with buses running to Arrecife Capital, meaning that one can get by without an auto; if you do want to rent one, there is a free parking space in front of the house.

In November 2025, construction work began on a hotel on the adjacent plot, which will cause some inconvenience, which will vary, sometimes more and sometimes less, over the next few months. Magnificent frontline accommodation, direct exit to the promenade and beach, with lots of charm. The accommodation has an area of 99 m2 including the terrace. In the best location in the area, in a very beautiful environment, enjoying views and a peculiar pool overlooking the ocean.
