Only 7km from the beautiful Barril beach; the birds, sun and sand found on Tavira island and many more fabulous beaches. Market towns of Tavira and Olhao and the fishing villages of Fuseta/Santa Luzia are a 15 minute drive away. We are a 25 minute drive from Faro and only 30 minutes from the Spanish border.

Casa Taberna: holiday home for 2 adults (18+) with a large private roof terrace, located on the first floor of small-scale accommodation Quinta Maragota. In the past this part of the house was occupied by the women of the farm. It was a place to rest after a busy day working on the land. Now it's a comfortable and attractive home to spend your holiday and enjoy the view over the countryside from the terrace. The beach, fishing village Fuseta and the lagoons of Ria Formosa are just 4km away.
