Vacation rentals with a patio in Costa Nova

A charming, well-kept and clean house, with everything you need. The terrace is very cozy and sunny all day long. A car is needed for practically everything, but there is a supermarket and pharmacy a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest cove is a 3-minute drive away. There is private parking for guests in the Bungalow. The hosts were operational and responded quickly.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Great little town. The apartment was great, plenty of room for the bags. It was exactly like the photos and the listing. Quiet at night, the neighbors were barely heard and seen. It was told in advance that there were no grocery stores nearby, so you could prepare for that too. Appliances needed in the kitchen, including a washing machine. Drying rack on the balcony a little small.

We can't wait to return! Our stay was absolutely amazing, and we truly enjoyed every moment!

Staying at José Manuel's house was an incredible experience. From the first moment, he made me feel at home: warm, attentive and always making sure that I didn't need anything. He has that gift of hospitality that makes you feel comfortable effortlessly, and he is also a great conversationalist, always willing to share, but also respecting spaces. Everything was perfect. The stay, the facilities. Everything was clean and tidy. It is a quiet area where you have beaches and a pool. You have everything close by and the service was perfect. The girl who attended to us was very kind. She gave us all the possible facilities. I would return without thinking

We enjoyed a warm and helpful welcome from Soledad Ana. The apartment is extremely comfortable and location is convenient to the centre of old town Javea, with restaurants and a great food market. A longer walk or short drive to beach and stunning coastal walks.

Beautiful view, ideal place for a quiet rest. Contact with the host is perfect. Simply the perfect place for a vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The location is strategic and very well connected, making it easy to explore Jávea where there’s so much to do. The place looks exactly like in the photos, no surprises. The host is incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. They even offered us a late checkout since no other guests were arriving that day, which was a really nice touch. We’re sure we’ll be coming back to this place in the future! Highly recommended!

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. It went very well during our stay. The house is very pretty and offers three bedrooms, close to Javea city center.

Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

What a beautiful place to stay, we absolutely loved it, so quirky with amazing views! A bit of a hike up the hill but well worth the effort. Walking distance to everything really although we did get the tram to San Juan beach as it has sun loungers and is much nicer than the local beach. Viktor and Maria were super helpful and responded very quickly to any questions. Thank you so much for opening your beautiful property to us. 😍

Beautiful villa, looking forward to our next visit

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

Thank you so much Jenny for taking care of us during our holiday at your place!! Jenny is such a great host and she did her most for us to feel welcome. The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

I'd say this was near perfect for our stay. Far enough from hussle and bussle but close enough if you wanted to visit. We found our hosts both very nice and very helpful with any of our requests. On arrival we were given a welcome basket with some water, wine and a selection of snacks. We even got given a leaving present which was a lovely unexpected addition. I'd say it would be very hard to find a place similar to this for the price. We were given clear instructions from check-in to checkout.

I would recommend this place without a second thought, Carmen was very kind and responsive. The apartment is beautiful, clean and very well located. It's a favorite for us. Thank you Carmen for this fabulous Airbnb.

Great host and fantastic apartment. Communication was great and Mischa was very helpful and got back really quickly when we had questions. The apartment is in the perfect location a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. We loved the view from the living room. It was nice to have the pool as an option too and really handy to have beach chairs and umbrellas to use. We would like to come back but for longer next time.

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment.
