Wonderful place to stay. May stay was business related but I liked to place so much I booked again for a later date for a short personal trip. The newly remodeled space looks stunning and clean. The place is located directly in the heart of Newport Beach! Thank you Jeremy for being a great host!

The unit was exactly as described in the listing. The unit was clean and very easy to check in to with the keypad. The host was very polite, friendly, and answered all of our questions. Fantastic price and I would stay here again

Overall, our family had an amazing stay and would stay here again! This home is absolutely beautiful and the views / amenities were spectacular! Ethan & Ellie were very quick at communicating with us and we could tell they really wanted us to have a great stay. Even the mechanic/maintenance guy that came was super friendly, knowledgeable and nice. We could tell the whole team wanted us to have a 5 star stay and we did! Thank you all!

Angela’s place was perfect for my short getaway. The studio apartment is beautifully decorated and tucked away into a private area. It was very clean and organized with every amenity you could want in a studio apartment. Most importantly the bed was super comfortable and I slept extremely well during my stay even on the first night. It is very close to the beach as well as an upscale shopping and dining district. And… Angela is an excellent host. She gave me a ton of privacy while at the same time making sure I had everything I needed. I hope to stay at her place again soon!!

Absolutely loved my stay! The space was spotless, beautifully styled, with the perfect out door area. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect: quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Tom’s beautiful home! It was everything we expected and more. Tom was extremely helpful with explaining everything and also offering some extra recommendations. Beds were extremely comfortable. Thank you for the amazing home away from home, would definitely stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Breanna’s! The apartment was so comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. It was easy to cozy up and make a home cooked meal! I’m looking forward to my next stay when I’m in OC!

Perfectly described- amazing host

Loved this little spot! The host was absolutely amazing and very responsive. The home is very nice & cozy. You can leave the windows open at night for a nice breeze. The home was super clean, we were mostly out at the beach so did not use the tv much. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, & where we were tucked at was very peaceful. Only thing that did worry me a bit as a lady but absolutely is not on the host fault, the neighbor across the way has a window that looks directly down into the air bnb, if you leave the door open it is view to the space but, again that is not on the hosts fault as they have window shades & the door in their home! Just a warning for others as they stay & may change with door open. I definitely recommend this place I know I’ll definitely be back :)

Beautiful Apartment with amazing views. Check in check out process is cumbersome as you have to make two trips to the apartment each time. There is a lot of traffic noise as it is right next to a very busy road.

While we give Karen's place 5 stars, we would give more if there was the option! The studio is thoughtfully decorated with every detail. It is clear that she put her heart into decorating the unit. It is also pristine clean. The kitchen is well appointed and easy to prepare meals if you wish. The unit's bright lighting and view of the gardens make for a pleasant, peaceful stay. The neighborhood is amazing and we enjoyed walking to take in the architecture and landscaping. The location is ideal to many SoCal attractions. Finally, Karen is an amazing host. She is a responsive and accommodating communicator. She anticipates your every need.

Super nice place, much better than a hotel. Happy I found her place and will try to stay here again if available on my next trip!

Peaceful comfortable place. We loved it. Ryan is very nice. The place is cleaned.
