Excellent place, fully equipped. 2 clean bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms, large living space and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bonus of washing machine, dryer and iron. All cleaning products provided so we could keep the apartment clean and tidy. Loads of extra bedding and towels provided. Excellent location, walking distance to Ciudad de las Artes Las Ciencias. Bus stop to all locations outside apartment. Plenty of local restaurants and places to purchase groceries within walking distance. The swimming pool was clean and greatly appreciated. Private and not at all busy. Many times it was just our family using it. We highly recommend this apartment. It was perfect for our family!

Very good stay with Ilaria! Valencia is a very beautiful city and we were finally well located to visit the old town! 20 min walk, ideal for enjoying the lively life of this neighborhood.

A very good aparthotel. The apartment we went up in was very good, everything new and in perfect condition. The host couldn't be more friendly, when we arrived he was there and when we left too. We ask for an HDMI cable that we need in a timely manner and brought us one from your home. The only downside is that although there is an area to park it costs a little, but the host accompanies us to find a good place nearby. The center is less than 5 minutes away without the noise problems of being near the center. All right, all right.

Very nice small apartment in the historical center of Tarragona. very close to the main square and to the sea. Julian is friendly, helpful and always available for reccomendations on the surrounding areas. Excellent value for money

Miguel is very welcoming , it is very accommodating. For example, I postponed my stay by a day without problem. He responds very quickly!! We spent 3 nights in the apartment: 2 adults and 2 children 8 and 15 years old The extra beds are good for infants but just in bedding beyond The apartment is clean and functional, it has all the 1 st necessities available which is very convenient Street parking was free because out of season Bilan A clean and not expensive address for those who are just looking for a roof to sleep Thank you Miguel

Just stayed one night here after a long hike around Chulilla. Great apartment with everything you need. Silvia was very helpful. Great restaurant opposite the apartment for a great home cooked breakfast.

A great, modern apartment which served as a perfect base for the Valencia marathon. Good transport links nearby (the bus) to the centre of Valencia and very easy check in - would definitely recommend!

Nice place. It's like a hotel, but with apartments. They offer hotel services that you can use if you want. They helped us with the check-in before hours and also with the organization of the transfer from the hotel to the airport with the reservation of a family van

Fabiana was a great host, very responsive and friendly. The room is as described, and the surroundings are beautiful! Very easy to get to by bus, and there is a shop/restaurant nearby for the basics. The beach and the nature reserve are just minutes away, it's perfectly located. Overall great value for money.

I think this is the best air bnb I have ever stayed in. The host was lovely, very resonsive to any needs I might have had. It was always clean and tidy. I think that communicating with Svetlana was easy and I felt very welcomed in her home. Her genuine attitide made approaching her very easy, the best host I have met so far! I think this place is perfect for long stays, because you get to have a good mix of privacy, it is quite chill and quiete, and at the same time you can meet fellow travelers if you feel like it. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to work remotely.
