My home is located within the city walls, in the most picturesque and authentic part of town, making it worthy of being considered one of the most beautiful towns in the Mediterranean. The apartment, elegant and quiet despite being very centrally located (and soundproofed), occupies a typical Mediterranean style house (no elevator), with 45 m² and with a maximum capacity of 3 guests, includes the following spaces: - Spacious bedroom area with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) to ensure a restful sleep, LED lighting, blackout blinds, and a large window letting in natural light. It features a 50-inch flat-screen smart TV where you can comfortably watch your favorite TV series in your language. The room includes two bedside tables, two reading lamps, a wardrobe with a mirror, and a vanity area. Upon request and at an additional cost, we can provide an extra single bed (90 cm) in this same room for a third guest (or for a second guest who does not wish to share the king-size bed). We provide complimentary bed linen and two towels (one for the bath and one for the hand towel) per guest. - Fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, toaster, etc.) and all necessary cooking utensils. Basic cooking ingredients are provided, as well as complimentary tea, jams, and herbal infusions. Kitchen paper, dishcloth, dish soap, and a sponge are also provided, saving you the inconvenience and expense of purchasing these essential items. - Dining area with a table, comfortable wicker chairs, and access to a balcony overlooking Calle Saiz de Carlos, a picturesque area full of shops. A desk with a lamp is provided for connecting devices and working comfortably. - Large, fully equipped bathroom with a spacious double rain shower and glass enclosure. 1respiro is a rural accommodation 30 km from Valencia in the Serra Calderona Natural Park, consisting of 8 houses on a 7,000 m2 plot overlooking the mountains facing southeast, which aims to connect people in and with nature. We have an infinity pool, children's area, a 220 m2 multipurpose building with a dining room and living room with a fireplace, a garden, 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. The houses have a bathroom and full kitchen, TV, internet and a great terrace facing southeast.

Even in winter it is a luxury to be able to have breakfast in both spaces connected to the terrace as if you were outside. And at the end of the day you still have the best: relax in the Jacuzzi fully lit with candles.

Spend a few days in our small oceanfront apartment. It's an open space, where there's no room. Second floor with elevator and stairs, newly renovated. Opened in April 2023. There is a double bed and a sofa that converts into another double bed. Ideal for two people, ask if there are more. With an additional cost of 15 euros per person per night The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay: fridge, kitchen utensils, shower and beach towels, etc.
