Townhome vacation rentals in Costa de Almería

Carbonera is lovely and very peaceful, good hiking in the area. It has a very Spanish atmosphere. Very friendly helpful people. It has a good weekly market. The location of Diego's house is excellent. Public transport is limited so taxi or hire car needed if you want to explore further. We were very happy that we chose it rather than some of the busier towns in Almeria and would thoroughly recommend Diego's house as the perfect location.

very good host , I help us where we could park,at all times it solved our doubts, it was very kind, I care that we knew where the nearest shops,the beach and the facilities were and was very flexible at check-in and check-out time

We loved the place!!. Very comfortable, clean, easy access both by car and on foot (the village of Isleta is very small). Lourdes very attentive, she took care of all the details, even left us fresh drinks in the fridge. Highly recommended for a family vacation. We would definitely come back.

Carmen's and Jose's casita is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped so that you have everything you need to prepare your own meals. Beds are comfy and WiFi is fast and reliable. Communication with both is promptly and very friendly and helpful. I stayed in the house the second time and I would always come back again. A highly recommended accommodation in Cabo de Gata.

Everything was great. It is a wonderful and quiet place. The place is very clean and the host is very correct. I will definitely do it again.

We had the ground floor of the townhouse. Beds and amenities were great, everything very clean, nice little courtyard with sun and tree shade. It was very quiet around the season, I assume that most of the cottages in this residential area are cottages. Check-in and checkout were contactless, Catalina had a friend/colleague on site who we could have contacted at any time.

Lovely small house right in the picturesque village of Mojácar. The house is divided in two floors, with a wonderful roof terrace on top with views down to the coast. The house is built into the hill so there is exposed rock, which gives the house authentic character. This also means the stairs are uneven and awkward, so bear this is mind if you have mobility issues (this is true of the entire village). The house is decorated in a bohemian rustic style that is comfortable and charming. Kitchen well equipped for preparing your own meals. We didn’t get to meet the host in person but communication was straightforward and clear. Great place for a couple to stay to explore this part of Almería.

The house and the interaction with Juan and Angela (key manager) were exceptional. The house is impeccable, very clean, very well-kept. New kitchen utensils, nothing missing. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two beds, in which you are super comfortable (perhaps the double mattress is very hard, a matter of taste). A/C with a heat pump in the living room and double bedroom (I don't know if one of the bedrooms has it because we don't use it, nor the bathroom downstairs), and several electric heaters for the whole house, as well as many power strips for their use, which you don't find in many accommodations. Negative points: It does not have a boiler, it is a 75L thermos which is not enough for 3 long showers in a row, considering that since there is no dishwasher, you use the hot water to wash dishes. It has no blinds, they are shutters, a lot of light comes in at dawn and with the street light at night. The showerhead in the bathtub doesn't stay in place, very uncomfortable.

Everything brilliant. Lovely flat with good access to the beach!

We had an enjoyable stay

The house is as described and the landlord very helpful with instructions and flexible with checkout time which was really appreciated. Just be aware that the lift nearby is for pedestrians only and no children under1.2m allowed. In order to access the ski slopes you need to walk to the end of the close to catch the bus which runs every 30minutes and costs 1 Euro per person, cash only. A lovely stay, thank you.

Rui is a very friendly, reliable host and the townhouse perfect for a family of 5. Located in a quiet side street close to the beach and centre of town. The roof terrace is very pleasant to have dinner and even to sleep (we brought some camping gear) if you prefer the open sky to air-conditioned rooms.

A beautiful home. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay was to hand. Excellent location just a 5 minute walk to the beach. A warm and comfortable place which was very restful. Pedro had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Simple check in and a great host with efficient and speedy communication. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return. Already looking forward to another visit.

The house is beautiful and very charming, in a lovely village. The area is very relaxing, with a lovely view from the roof terrace over the mountains. The local people are very friendly and we enjoyed a few evenings in Piki bar which is 2 minutes walk from the house. Floris was really helpful and communicated very well ahead of our trip and whilst we were out there. We would definitely recommend Canar and this house specifically for anyone looking for a relaxing stay away

We had a lovely stay. The appartement was very clean. The airco very good. The communication with Adrian was also excellent. The community pool was clean. We used the car to visit some nearby beaches as the one closest was not our favorite personally. We were at the beginning of the season so it was still calm and the beaches not too crowded.

We stayed in this beautiful house for four weeks in November/December. It is very well equipped with everything you need during a long stay. On the upper floor there is a very nice, sunny balcony with a beautiful view where we had breakfast every day. Very nice is also the large roof terrace with beautiful views in all directions and sun until the late afternoon. Gracia was very helpful with good tips and advice, was always very accessible, and made sure that everything worked out very well from start to finish. All in all, we spent a very nice time in the house and the surroundings, which we will remember positively.

The apartment is very nice, cozy and comfortable. It's very faithful to the description and photos. The good views are worth noting, and it is located in a very quiet and pleasant area. The host was attentive at all times and allowed us to check out a little later, which we greatly appreciated. The stay was very good and totally recommended. We would definitely come back!

Paula's place has so much space! It was incredible to stay in. You can generate your time from the front bedrooms balcony, which extended a generous length, unbelievable. There's an patio with a eating table, that leads from the kitchen that's also an enormous space. And there's a front porch with also a eating table to lounge around. Spectacular spaces to lose yourself, and to gather with others. Paula is fabulous!

We loved the accommodation. The views from both the terrace and the 2 rooms are noteworthy. Rosa, who was the person who received us, was very kind at all times. Totally recommended.

Annie and I had a fabulous welcome to Helens home within a beautiful peaceful village. The property was spotlessly clean, very well furnished and everything you would require for a holiday was available, just like home from home ! The location was very peaceful with friendly locals, the shop was very well stocked . It was a bonus to have a pool with bar and Tapas a two minute walk from the property Helen was a super host with a mine of local information and nearby should you need advice on anything. We had an amazing holiday in gorgeous Almeria
