Susan's place is quite well, the room is clean and spacious. The bathroom is very small, but it has the essentials and nothing else is needed. Susan is quite nice and tries to make your stay better. He doesn't speak much Spanish, but today, that's not a problem as you can always use the translator ;) .

Lovely private comfortable home near the coast in an unspoilt village. Susan was a great host and showed us her amazing artwork and chatted about her life in Spain and the area. Really enjoyed and perfect to see a different part of Spain from where we live.

We had a lovely stay with Susan for one night. There was a cozy back yard with pool where we had a breakfast in the morning. Very peaceful atmosphere and the house was covered with art. We had a room with shared bathroom but we were only guests that night. Susan was very helpful and gave us instructions where we could go to eat in the evening.

It is a very cosy hostel in a nice little village. Warm hospitality, super kind and friendly host. Rooms were very practical and the food in the bar was delicious! I definitely recommend.

Particularly nice reception: Richard, Wendy and Jordy make you really feel at home and are very friendly and in for a nice chat if you want. The space is great, nice atmosphere and privacy. Beautiful common areas, with games and upstairs also TV. Delicious breakfast ! All spaces are decorated with care and attention to detail, compliments! And although you are close to the highway you won't hear anything from the cars , it was lovely and quiet. We would definitely like to come back and then would like to stay a little longer because this area and this house with the nice owners is definitely worth a longer visit

Great stay at Casa Satori thanks to the kindness and attention of your host Emma. Two unique days of disconnection in a typical Almerian place such as Barranco Quiles and, of course, in a beautiful house that does not lack detail or good taste in decoration. Something I will miss in my day-to-day life will be not having those fantastic terraces where you can read, listen to music, play guitar or talk in a peaceful haven surrounded by mountains. I would definitely repeat the experience, highly recommended.

Emma has created such an amazing haven of rest and relaxation. Highly recommend the option for a home cooked dinner by Emma, as it was FANTASTIC. Emma is such a welcoming person and made the stay feel easy and like home. She was a great conversationalist and we even had the opportunity to meet an amazing couple, that was also staying that night. Could not recommend this place enough, especially if you’re looking for an “out of the city” experience.
