Apartment vacation rentals in Costa de Almería

Pasamos casi una semana en el apartamento de Joe. Estuvimos felices en todos los aspectos: el piso en sí, que es mucho más bonito de lo que las fotos le hacen justicia, las vistas maravillosas, el espacio, la ubicación, el buen trato. Se nota el cariño y el cuidado que pone Joe en que estemos cómodos y no nos falte nada. Volveremos.

El alojamiento esta a 5 min andando de la playa, tiene muy buenos restaurantes cerca, y esta a 15 min del puerto, donde hay muchos locales de ocio nocturno. Es una zona muy tranquila, el apartamento estaba impecable y muy buena anfitriona.

Wir wurden freundlich von Rocio empfangen und in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Es gab für jeden ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk und etwas nahrhaftes aus der Gegend. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Am Besten ist der sehr große Balkon mit einem hervorragenden Ausblick auf das Meer, den wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstück genossen haben. Almeria ist nicht gerade die schönste Stadt, aber wer ruhig Urlaub machen will, ist hier genau richtig. Rocia hat sich mehrmals bei uns gemeldet und gefragt, ob alle sin Ordnung ist und ob wir eventuell noch etwas benötigen. Das fanden wir sehr aufmerksam. Positiv ist auch die nehe gelegene Tiefgarage zu erwähnen, die die doch sehr schwierige Parkplatzsuche vermeidet. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben..

Einfach, zweckmässige Einrichtung mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse und einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Sehr gutes Internet. Garage stand direkt bei Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Nachteil war, die Wohnung ist im 3.OG ohne Lift. Gastgeber stand jederzeit für Info zur Verfügung. Mojácar Ist ein wunderschönes spanisches Dorf. die Strände sind wunderbar gepflegt und landen zum Verweilen und spazieren ein. Absolut empfehlenswert mit super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

The apartment is exactly as the pictures promise! Great sea view, everything very clean and everything you need is there. We had a great time there and Pablo is a good host who makes sure you have everything you need!

Apartamento estupendo con terraza (con ducha) en el edificio. Acceso super facil a la playa (que no es de arena fina). Communicacion super facil con Rocio :-)

Fantastic apartment in a great location, just a few minutes from the seafront. Apartment was so comfortable for our one month stay. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. The terrace is so lovely with a beautiful view to the sea! There are great restaurants and bars a few minutes walk away but the complex is nice and quiet and the residents are lovely. Bárbara is the best host we ever had! She supplied so much information before we arrived and she waited to meet us even though we had a late arrival time. All through our stay she provided great advice on places to go and if we said we were going to visit a particular place she recommended great restaurants! They were all fantastic! I feel like I’ve made a new friend in Bárbara ❤️ This apartment is ideal for visiting Mojácar. Great location and very comfortable. You will be spoiled for choice for music, there were so many great bands playing, and lovely restaurants. Highly recommend! Enjoy!

De ontvangst door host Raquel was zeer hartelijk. Kleine problemen werden snel opgelost. Het appartement ligt pal aan zee en er is ruim genoeg voor 4 personen. Aan de boulevard zijn diverse gezellige restaurants, waar tegen redelijke prijzen lekker gegeten kan worden. Het is in de ochtend altijd weer een genoegen om te kijken vanaf het balkon naar de kleine vissersboten en de binnenkomende ferry boten uit Marokko. In avond keert de rust om ongeveer 23.00 weer terug. Kortom een heerlijke plek en een geweldige host.

Mi pareja y yo ya nos alojamos en este apartamento el año pasado y este decidimos repetir ya que quedamos muy contentos con la estancia. La verdad es que no podemos poner ninguna pega, Verónica es súper atenta y tiene todos los detalles en cuenta y el piso es perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones en Aguadulce, tiene unas vistas impresionantes y todo está impecable. En resumen, totalmente recomendable.

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family and it was a beautiful home away from home. Clean, quiet, well located and had everything we needed Oscar is a great host and always responsive. We will be back.

Emplacement idéal, proche de la plage ,de criques, des sentiers de randonnées, et pas loin de la isleta del moro et de ces restaurants. Très central pour visiter la région. Antonio, Maria et leurs 8 chats sont très gentils et accueillants. Un petit bémol sur le samedi soir où la discothèque voisine du Chaman à fait une soirée techno danse pendant plus de 12h. On n'entendait pas la musique mais les basses étaient présentes. On a réussi à bien dormir quand même 😜. On recommande chaudement car c'est vraiment un super endroit .

Fantastic host and a perfect apartment! We had a wonderful stay in this apartment—it had everything you could possibly need, not just for a holiday, but to feel completely at home. It was immaculately clean and really comfortable throughout. Ruben was an outstanding host. He responded quickly and helpfully to every message we sent, whether it was a question about the apartment, a request for restaurant recommendations, or even helping us order a taxi when we got stuck while out. His support made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend both the apartment and Ruben as a host—would absolutely stay again!

Maria’s place is beautiful and so peaceful, with amazing views and a wonderful balcony on which we spent hours relaxing. The beach is so easy and lovely, too. Within a few minutes of the apartment are a grocery store, an ice cream shop, and excellent restaurants! Also, the Paseo Marítimo is perfect for a morning/evening walk or run. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have good water pressure and consistent hot water. The air conditioner works perfectly and we slept so well. The apartment was perfect and so clean, too. We enjoyed everything about our stay. María was also very helpful throughout the week with everything we needed. ¡Gracias! I highly recommend her place and we would love to stay there again!

Nos hemos alojado mi marido y yo en esta casa y 100% la recomiendo, las vistas son geniales, el apartamento esta genial y la zona muy bien comunicada y facil acceso a la playa. Sin duda repetiriamos!

El alojamiento es una maravilla, tiene una ubicación tranquila en primerísima linea de playa y una terraza con vistas al mar espectacular. Solo tuvimos algunos problemas con la persona que le gestiona el alojamiento a la dueña, pero fuimos recompensados de otras formas que hicieron que el fin de semana fuese estupendo. Volveremos a repetir.

Fue una estancia muy agradable, zona tranquila. la casa estaba en perfecto estado, utensilios de cocina y menaje varios. La única pega por decir algo que la playa de arena, grande y buena había que ir en coche a Vera, al ir con Niña y ser de piedra era muy incómoda para nosotros.

Marianne es una anfitriona super amable y atenta. La casa estaba super equipada y muy limpia. Además disponías de varias terrazas con tumbonas, piscina, jacuzzi, barbacoa... todo lo que quieras Si buscas un alojamiento tranquilo en la montaña este es tu lugar.

Apartamento limpio, bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. La terraza con el jacuzzi es una pasada. La piscina comunitaria es grande y con el agua calentito, está genial para los peques. La playa está muy cerquita y además hay comercios y restaurantes muy cerca. Ha sido genial poder meter el coche en el parking subterráneo, la plaza es muy grande y está enfrente de la puerta de acceso. La única cosa a tener en cuenta es que no es accesible ya que tiene escaleras para acceder a todo, pero hemos estado tan agusto que no nos ha importado. Sin duda un sitio para repetir. El apartamento estaba muy bien, limpio y con el equipamiento que se anuncia. El lugar era tranquilo, próximo a la playa y con restaurantes en la zona. Elena estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Todo perfecto.

Un sitio espectacular, la zona genial para hacer diferentes rutas y desconectar en pleno contacto con la naturaleza pero a la misma vez con el pueblo muy cerca para poder ir a restaurantes, supermercados o cualquier cosa que necesites. El apartamento bien equipado y en perfectas condiciones y Reyes muy amable y pendiente en todo momento de cualquier cosa.
