Excellent value for money! Place was very clean and had a large comfy bed. Blackout blinds were a great addition and the aircon kept the room nice and cool. Shower was also very good. Only 15 min walk to La Rambla and everywhere is walkable so is an excellent location. Great stay would highly recommend as place is exactly as described and definitely excellent value for money!

My 5 friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Espais Blaus Apartment. The apartment was spacious. The beds were comfortable. We liked the location - it's walking distance to lots of restaurants and even Sagrada Familia (longer walk, but walkable). We felt that the location was safe, local, but yet within walking distance to tourist areas. The host was very responsive and helpful.

It was clean, quiet, comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The location next to the Sagrada Família is great and there’s a ton of places nearby to eat and drink!

Excellent welcome, very clean, aperitif and drink offered from 7 p.m., hot bath, everything comfortable and convenient.

This is a great place to relax. We had an apartment without a kitchen overlooking the meadow. (Ground floor). The apartment is a great size for two and can accommodate 4 easily with a sofa bed. We had a kettle and a small fridge (beer/drinks style fridge) which was perfect for us and we used the communal kitchen every day which again was great. Everyone was very friendly and a great 'community feel' when we spoke to people. We wanted to relax and we had the pool to ourselves for most of our stay and even when others were using the pool it was 100% fine and didn't detract from our enjoyment. We had a car and we were about 35 mins from the airport and 35-45 mins from Barcelona depending on where/what you wanted to go/see. Yoav gave us some great recommendations - if you like tapas and wine get him to tell you about the winery with the balcony - great place and very friendly there too, but if you want sun on the balcony at the winery, go in the afternoon and not the evening!

We stayed at Alejandro's place and the experience has been very satisfactory. He welcomed us personally and communication during our stay has been very easy. The house is very nice, and equipped to make you feel at home. The garden is a luxury and the community pool is very nicely maintained. We definitely recommend it. Perfect holiday home, exceptional views. The photos match perfectly, but make the house look bigger than it is (which is not at all disturbing). The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are very discreet, but you have to get around by car. hosts are very kind and responsive. Thank you for this beautiful stay!

Very nice stay. Very friendly staff and excellent service. Nice that you can drop off your luggage before and after your check-in/out. Cozy location! Within walking distance of the nice neighborhoods and easily accessible by public transportation

Manuel was very helpful with check in. Very responsive and nice. Only complaint was the couch was a little tattered but other than that the place was lovely. Getting to city center of Barcelona was a hassle but doable. Thank you Manuel!

Hugo Ramon shared clear instructions for Check-in and has helped with a place to keep my luggage ahead of check in time and after check-out time.

Excellent stay. What stands out most is the flexibility in check-in and automatic entry, all very easy and organized. The room is clean, just as in the photos, with a comfortable bed, a small patio and a TV with apps. It has no windows to the street, but it's not necessary: in Barcelona you'll only rest. The bathroom is outside the bedroom, but it is private and it was not a problem. The location is excellent, one block away there are many restaurants. I especially recommend Billy Brunch for breakfast. Communication was impeccable. We'll be back soon!

Very nice cottage, comfortable with a beautiful terrace (but provide enough to chase wasps), there is an electrical outlet against mosquitoes in a drawer that we did not see right away and the majority of the dishes are in the lounge buffet (and not in the kitchen). José Antonio gave us sightseeing tips and was very attentive. Thanks for the stay.
