Relaxed, Spacious Loft with Jetted Tub

A typically newyorkan style semi-loft space, the property is located in one of the very best areas in Barcelona - at walking distance from the city centre, the city’s main avenue Paseo de Gracia and Gaudi’s famous buildings. Enchanting and welcoming, the loft is divided in two main areas - a wide sitting/dining room with integrated kitchen on one hand and open space bedroom and bathroom on the other. By the way, you don't want to forget to take a nice relaxing long bath! You know why? The bathroom will surprise you with a fabulous Jacuzzi! Thick brick walls, high ceilings with fully restored rustic Catalan wooden elements add onto the property that special note of history and character that makes it unique. The deco is vintage while it benefits of great interior natural light thanks to the exterior balconies on two sides - overlooking Aribau Street. The furniture varies from vintage items to unique pieces I found in antiques markets and I then personally restored, to a few modern units - all in all giving the place a personal charm! The flat sleeps up to 4 people thanks to its very comfortable sofa bed. Nevertheless, don't forget that the space is limited and a good degree of friendship is required to share a reduced space! The flat is fully equipped and you will need to bring but your suitcase to come and enjoy your stay in Barcelona! It has all been sorted for you: bathroom towels, bedding, air/con, central heating, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dryer, etc, are included! On top of that you will find available some of the basic kitchen ingredients like milk, bread, sugar, salt, olive oil...and....surprise!...a bottle of local wine ...to get you nicely relaxed on your holiday! I am a mum of two - so should you need any baby equipment - no need to travel it over - I could help with that! Before arrival I will send you an email with my best recommendations on the local cultural and gastronomical offer. I will be happy to help you through any doubts or questions you may have about your stay - so to make sure that you truly and utterly can concentrate on just enjoying your visit! A last important note! Aribau Street is well known for its restaurants, bars and liveliness! At times it can be noisy. But no worries! The flat is fully sound proof! The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still. From the Barcelona Airport you can take : - the bus "Monbus" from terminal 1 (it takes 30 min from the T1 to Sitges-Avenida Sofia stop) - the train (with a change at Prat el Llobregat station) from the terminal 2. It take more or less 45 min from T2 to Sitges. - The taxi : 60€ the day and 70€ at night THERE IS NO PRIVATE PARKING. You can find a free parking in the streets, a few blocks from the loft. This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The host always made himself available to help us out and at check in gave us a tour of how to access the metro, the grocery store, coffee shops, etc! This Airbnb felt like home and was extremely clean. I have zero complaints and would 100% stay here again if I would come back to Barcelona!

We had a wonderful time! The house has a very good location, practically in the center but in a very quiet area. It has all the comforts to make sure you lack nothing and with a very nice terrace. Everything was very tidy and clean and we felt right at home. Antonio is a very good host, he has been attentive since we arrived in case we needed anything. Highly recommended to spend a few days in the area!

The apartment has everything, close to the supermarket, a place to park and close to the Urgell canal where we could start and finish the bike route. The village is very nice and you can breathe tranquility. Nothing like ending the day cooking something delicious and being able to watch whatever you want with Chromecast. The terrace and some board games they have to entertain you. Very top!

We loved our 5 day stay in this apartment. Very accessible by metro, in an area with a wonderful neighborhood feel and excellent restaurants. Avoid the spots on the Carrer de Blai- there are many gems up and down the residential streets (Silvia has some great reccomendations!). The short walk to Salts is worth it for a sunset view over Barcelona.

Mireya was the kindest, loveliest host, and welcomed us so warmly for our stay, she gave us plenty of recommendations for the local area, and there was a map inside with markings of different recommendations. She allowed us to leave our suitcases with her after checkout for a bit before we went to the airport which was really kind of her. The place itself was extremely clean, perfect amenities, had everything we needed and was so ideal. The location was great also, there are multiple nearby metro stations giving access to all points of the city. A brilliant stay, with the loveliest host and would love to come again one day! x

The loft is in a great location and is quiet. We were successful purchasing a few groceries for preparing breakfast before heading out for the day. Nice to have a washer/dryer combination unit. Admittedly, we struggled knowing how to use the dry-only cycle but we made it work! Thank you for sharing your loft. Barcelona is beautiful with a lot to see and do.

What an amazing home, location and owner. Laura was flexible friendly and had the best restaurant tips (we went to ( of the recommendations and they were amazing). Beautiful neighbourhood, safe and easy access to hire bikes or see some of the main attractions of Barcelona. Thanks for all you did to make us feel at home.

Very comfortable and well-equipped Thank you to Joan Manuel who was very responsive to an insect problem and dropped us off something to fix it Comfortable bedding for the bed (3rd bed, sofa bed to be reviewed, even to sit on...) Very quiet neighborhood, guaranteed and free street parking On the other hand, soundproofing is too tight if the apartment above is occupied, fortunately this was not the case all week 😊 Very close to Salou while being away for peace and quiet!

We had such a lovely stay at this AirB&B. it was easily accessible, big enough and at an amazing spot in Barcelona! Frank was so helpful with the AirB&B as well as tips for the neighbourhood. really friendly and quick to response! The AirB&B was shared but it didn't feel like we didn't have privacy! it had a super cute shower on the balcony which could cool you off on a hot summer day. we couldn't have wished for a better location or space for our vacation! really recommend, also if you're travelling for work or if you're a student!! Quiet and serene place. Place was spectacularly clean! There’s utensils, plates and cookware if you need to cook. AC IS AVAILABLE! life saver in times of heat. EDUARD is very responsive to all our questions and direct to his instructions. The area is surrounded by nature and away from the hustle of cities. And there are several outdoor activities that can be done. We commend how clean and fresh the place is!!
