One part is occupied by my son and myself, the other part became "El recondito". The flat is very calm and warm, as a result of its unique location you will have the opportunity to witness sunsets, sunrises and exceptional starry nights. Its location is ideal, it is a 6-minute walk to the beach, the pedestrian promenade and the restaurant area. We are about a 15-minute walk from downtown.
