The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct exit to the courtyard with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. Guests rent 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a 50 m² saltwater pool, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a 30 m² porch with magnificent ocean views, a 200 m² garden, and parking.

The property consists of two independent houses on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, intended exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open space, and two terraces for exclusive use. The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In the summer, some of my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.
