Charming accommodation located in the hyper center, close to "Historic Laval" and close to bars/restaurants, supermarket (Place de la Trémoille). You can do anything on foot. The apartment has a large bedroom with workspace (office), large dressing room and bathroom. An equipped kitchen, gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine. An espresso machine (pods included), toaster, kettle are at your disposal. A sofa bed is available in the living room.
