Apartment vacation rentals in Cortland

Perfect place for us to stay while visiting family. We had been looking for something closer than the hotels to their house and this was perfect! It was clean and cozy and was exactly what was advertised

Wonderful hosts plus a beautiful, tranquil home made for the perfect stay. Bob and Mary go out of their way to make their guest feel comfortable. The property has loads of space and they had lots of special touches to make guests feel special. Bob even went out of his way to return something I left at the apartment prior to me leaving town. I highly recommend these hosts and this property!

Perfect place for what we needed. The layout is nice and worked with 1 adult and 2 kids. The space seemed bigger than it is actually is and we weren't on top of each other at all. Things in town were within easy walking distance.

Location was great for our son’s baseball tournament at the Gutchess Lumberyard. The apartment was close to restaurants and SUNY Cortland. The property was as described in the listing. The board games were nice to have and the beds were comfortable.

What a wonderful place! Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. We celebrated a graduation but I only wish I knew about this the last four years. Fabulous. If I’m ever back to the area I will certainly look this up again. Thank you!!

Great location, close to fresh coffee, food. Had all the basic amenities with a few touches that made one feel at home. The couch bed was a little concave but still comfortable. Thanks for the nice stay.

Enough can't be said about the bang for the buck you get with this property. It's exactly as listed and more. A more selfish person would say it ain't worth it and keep this gem to themselves, but that ain't me. If you need a larger space and privacy within that space this property is definitely more than worth it.

Thank you Suzanne! We enjoyed our stay and it was in great proximity of Cornell for our son's graduation. Just a couple of really small things to enhance guests' future stays. WD-40 on the bathroom doors and a little more comfortable sleeping pillows. Everything else was just great and we had an amazing weekend. The views of the pond and beyond and the serernity was just beautiful. The space was perfect for us. Thank you so much!

Erin's place was spotless and had everything we needed for our weekend. She responded quickly to our messages and was very helpful. The location was perfect for our trip to see a show at Beak and Skiff! I would definitely come again.

We loved the beautiful setting. It is rural but an easy drive (only 15 minutes) to Ithaca. We travelled with our 2 year old grandson and he spent a lot of time playing outside—and we really appreciated the basket of toys we found inside. It was obvious that Andrew & Rebecca take great care with their property.

This place worked out well for us to attend a concert at Beak and Skiff. It was a quick and easy drive there. The instructions provided, especially the photos, really helped us in locating the place and accessing. The place was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. I will note that the stairs are quite steep to get to the second floor so may not be good for folks with mobility issues. (It was not an issue for us so I’m just providing that info. for anyone with those concerns). We would stay again if we attend future concerts at Beak and Skiff.

Had such a great stay with no issues at all. Very nice private lodging right next to their main house and Jayden was friendly, very responsive, and helpful. Lovely decor which gave a cozy/homey yet modern feel with all new-looking and up to date amenities. Noticed a great selection of books available on the shelves. Also a nice garden/back area if you're looking for a peaceful retreat near some nice nature. Was way better than staying in Ithaca and easy to get to Ithaca/Seneca Lake for a weekend of hiking and wine-tasting. Would love to stay here again next time we're in the area!

This was a lovely stay. The location was perfect for our needs and provided comfort and respite. The area is beautiful with lots to do within driving distance. The accommodations were perfect for one or two people. The address was easy to get to and the instructions for getting to the place were clear and simple. I would highly recommend this host and plan to return soon. Thank you!

Crystal's unit was fantastic; a perfect blend of modern amenities and period charm . Crystal was very responsive if we had any concerns and did her very best to provide us with all the relevant information to make our stay great. The unit had more than all the necessary amenities was very comfortable. Crystal's place is about 2 locks from the commons (Ithaca's downtown restaurant and shopping core). Everything you need is a short walk away; Cornell and Ithaca College are a short bus or Uber ride away (technically you could walk to Cornell, but its all uphill). Would definitely stay again.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience! So clean, so convenient, so perfect. We love Syracuse, typically staying in a hotel. Never again - Jeffrey’s place is where it is at! Besides the awesome location and residence, we had a smooth check in and Jeffrey does amazing with sending recommendations nearby. Five stars plus!

The place was spacious and relaxing. It had a lot of charm - we loved the old farmhouse feel - and it had everything we needed. I appreciate little things like the electric tea kettle, and that there were extra towels in each bathroom. David was very responsive and helped when we had a small issue, but gave us plenty of space / privacy. We hope to return sometime soon!

This place is amazing! Everything you need right here. Super close to all the local hospitals. Nice, quiet, and clean. I also feel safe traveling as a female alone. And the hosts are incredibly nice and are very responsive. I highly recommend this place.

By far one of the nicest, cleanest, and well equipped Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. It also smelled amazing ! We stayed for the weekend with one of the days being a night in where we cooked dinner. The kitchen has everything you might possibly need to cook a meal. The coffee book was an adorable touch and the bathroom was squeaky clean. In fact, I don’t typically like showering at Airbnbs but this bathroom was cleaner than mine at home ! My fiancé was a big fan of the bidet lol would absolutely stay again and plan on it!

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. He was kind, helpful, and made everything so easy. The place itself was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

This is by far one of the best Airbnbs that I have stayed in. The location was perfect and the place was clean. It was super cute and perfect for me and my two daughters. The hot tube was an added plus too!! Would absolutely stay there again! The hosts were super friendly and so helpful. They felt like family. ❤️❤️❤️
