Linhares da Beira and the surrounding area is a beautiful place to visit. The villa is perfect- well worth the money spent! Comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. We braved the pool even though the weather was a bit cold for the time of year. Thanks to Linda and Helena for everything.

The view is amazing and the place is very peaceful. Bring some supplies with you as the nearest supermarket is 15m away (by car) and enjoy the nature. Everything was as announced, clean and with everything needed to cook.

Very nice house with all the comforts and very complete, there is everything to spend the whole stay, everything impeccable, we felt right at home, a quiet place ideal to disconnect and be in a natural environment. Near Coimbra, which is where we were going. Pedro has been very attentive and responds very quickly if you have any questions. I definitely recommend it 100%. We went with 5 friends and the space is perfect for everyone. We will definitely return, but next time I will go with my children, it seems ideal for children.

Wonderful stay. The perfect stop on a road trip.

Our stay summarized in one word: the paradise. The lost place on the mountain, the house furnished and equipped with everything you need and refined, the pool, the views… we were lucky enough to be alone on the ground and it was wonderful. Few contacts with the owners but effective and availability of Mrs. Concepçao who is super well in charge of the welcome and cleaning. A note for those in the city ;-) at first it impresses to be so secluded but is a delight.

Beautiful, peaceful location. Cottage was very cozy and had everything that we needed. Ricardo was very kind, helpful and responsive.

We stayed overnight with our two dogs and it had everything we needed for our stay. Clear instructions on how to access the accomodation and we could park right in front which was very handy. Comfy beds, all rooms were en-suite and everything you need to cook in the kitchen. Thank you

Cosy and comfortable house with wonderful views over the valley. Great place to stay in winter too. We enjoyed New Year's Eve here. The place reminded us of our grandmother's house. José is such a nice person. Hope we can come back in summer to try the swimming pool. Place is quiet. It's also close to the places of Serra da Estrela.

We had a great stay at Antionio's place. Very relaxing setting on the edge of the village. So nice to be able to let our dog run freely in a fenced compound with beautiful fruit trees. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Beautiful location, right next to the river and the mill. Bruno was a communicative and helpful host. It's very small, as it says in the description, but for 2 nights was ok.

Very friendly host and always available to help when needed. House equipped with the necessary utensils and included a stove for cooking meals. Very pleasant and quiet surrounding area, ideal for resting. The air conditioning was perfect for the hot days that were felt. The host has a dog that kept us company. thank you and we want to come back!

Beautiful private spot. Paul was amazingly helpful and communicative, any queries answered immediately but also he didnt invade our personal space. Perfect balance. Amazing host. Very relaxed and the house had all the amenities we could want. Definitely recommend.

My family and I (wife and two kids (13 and 16) spent three days over Chistmas at the house. it was the absolute perfect place to spend the holidays. The house is very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and was perfect for us to prepare the full Véspera and Christmas Day meals. There is even a local bread delivery service and the legendary Sera da.estrela mountain cheese made from local sheep available close by. Loriga is a beautiful mountain town and should not to be missed. From the beginning Senhor Tiago was extremely helpful and friendly. We are so grateful to have been able to spend our Christmas in such a fantastic location. We can't recommend this house more highly!!!!

Perfect house especially for the summer, extremely beautiful and with impeccable and creative decoration, made the experience much more memorable. Carolina and her sister were sweet and communication was great and constant. Everything is clean and with everything you need. The pool was nice with a wonderful view of the mountains. We loved our stay at Casa do Professor. It was so quiet and peaceful. Lovely views, beautiful house inside and out. It worked well for a day trip to the Duoro wine area and another to Viseu, it was wonderful to come home to. Also nice walks in the general area (one was from the house, towards town, onto the ecopista). Lovely, quiet area full of small villages. Easy driving, groceries and restaurants nearby. We cooked a few meals and had what we needed. Having the washing machine was helpful. Comfortable beds, beautiful decor, yummy pastries delivered by Antonio's parents. Antonio was responsive and gave a lot of helpful suggestions in response to our questions. Highly recommended!

Hello Mr. Pedro! We wanted to thank you for all the hospitality during our stay at your accommodation in Póvoa Dão. We were delighted with the space – it's quiet, well-maintained and the pool was a real luxury in these hot days! It was wonderful to be able to take our dog Escobar, who also loved the environment and the outdoor space. It is increasingly rare to find such beautiful places that accept animals so naturally. That made all the difference! We really felt at home and very welcome and relaxed. We will recommend it and will definitely be back at the next opportunity! Many thanks for everything! Andrea and Bruno are pleasant and charming people The property itself is spacious, and renovated to a very high standard. The yard is pleasant and spacious, we picked some lemons and some mint. The view from the balcony is heartwarming. As parents of a small child, we were a little afraid of the stairs, and indeed it was challenging, but good handrails and a pair of gates to block access to the stairs from above really made it easier to cope (the stairs to the lower floor we just blocked permanently because we did not use this floor). The apartment is full of games for children, and our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter had a wonderful time. The fresh bread and the quality coffee that Bruno left for us completed the experience. The location of the settlement is a little far from the river, and everywhere you need to drive first on the winding road down the hill. But Avo's charming beach is an 8-minute drive, so it's not really a big deal. In short, we will return again and with great pleasure, thank you Bruno and Andrea, we will be happy to meet you in Coimbra as well.

Alexandra has a very comfortable, clean, and inviting home. She was there for a meet and greet. The place is nestled in the mountains, the lodging offered the rustic charm and comfort; the best part was the cherry tree in the back yard, the host was so kind and at night our family picking directly from the tree - my 6 old son loved it!
