Perfect Villa to stay in South Goa. The house is exactly as described and shown in the photos, fully loaded with all the amenities. The entire property was kept spick and span. I really appreciate the attention given to every detail of the house’s interiors. The caretakers were super attentive and always on their toes, ready to assist with anything that was requested for. Although the breakfast menu initially listed a single item, we were pleasantly suprised to be offered multiple options daily, with three dishes to choose from. The food was delicious, and the overall service was excellent. Naresh and Numa ensured prompt response to everything. I would rate this listing hosted by Rakesh a solid 5/5. Highly Recommended, whether you’re travelling with family or friends, go for it without a second thought.

Richie was a great host and the beach villa was private, calm and serene. Must visit for a pleasant stay and an enjoyable one.

I can’t express in words how beautiful and perfect the stay was. Firstly, it matched the description and pictures perfectly. As soon as we entered, all of us were in awe. Our caretaker Chandan was very sweet and welcoming. He offered cooking for us and I must tell you, what food he prepared! It was delicious. There are multiple great things about this BnB. The pool of course is the highlight. The space is huge and feels like luxury. I surely recommend this BnB to fellow travellers who like mix of home and luxury vibe. We spent the last day of our vacation at Rustic Roofs Properties, and instantly wished we had booked it for more than just one night. The place is peaceful, beautifully designed, and has such a calming vibe. The pool was super clean and perfect for fun with friends — we had a blast! The rooms were cozy, the surroundings serene, and we honestly didn’t want to leave ! Big thanks to Rihaan, the host — responsive, kind, friendly and made everything easy, and helped in lot of ways ! Can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, soul-soothing getaway — especially if you’re traveling with friends!

Sanjeev's place (without exaggeration) is one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. The property is exactly as described and spotless clean. It has all the amenities you might need and there are 2 nice helpers to take care of your every need. They also keep the place clean and dry all the time and are working round the clock. The location is perfect and very convenient. It has a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc around the area and a 20 mins walk to the beach. The price might seem a bit high compared to other places around, but it is 100% worth the experience. Sanjeev is also the nicest, super responsive host and is very accommodating. He genuinely wants you to have a good relaxing time and will make sure you get what you need. I would definitely recommend it to everyone, and I would come back and stay here again. If you book it, make sure you help keep the place in its great condition and be a responsible guest so such places can be enjoyed for a long time. They are hard to find.

Very nice location. peaceful surrounding. shopping and grocery etc .near airport very copertive staff. proactive host. nice neat and clean property. overall a very good package. it is best suited if you book a self drive to move around from location
