Fabulous villa with beautiful sea views, very comfortable and well appointed. Outside space is exceptional with bbq and lots of seating. In a quiet location, with a well stocked supermarket nearby and great restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The host Pablo was a joy to deal with, utterly charming and responsive, greeted us on arrival. Our first experience of an Airbnb property overseas and definitely won’t be our last! Would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect

Really enjoyed our stay. Villa was exactly as described in a quiet residential area with high levels of privacy. The villa was well equipped, clean and maintained to a high standard. We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The location is at the far edge of Playa Blanca, close to Papagayo beaches. It is about a 30 minute walk in to Marina Rubicon where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from - suitable for a range of budgets. There are a handful of bars just 5 mins away along with a Supermarket. Patricia was responsive and helpful from booking up intil the moment we left. Tshi is certainly somewhere we would like to return to. Highly recommended.

Very stylish spacey spanish house, located away from nighbourhood, perfect for big family. Fully equiped kitchen, wash room with dryer, infant room next to bedroom and massive bathroom. Big swimming pool with BBQ area, private parking. 8 min walk to the Dino supermarket and caffee shop. Mountains view from pool area. Quiet place. Equipment look like just been purchased. Fantastic accommodation great location, clean tidy and peaceful for relaxing and sleeping. Govanni was fantastic helpful when we checked in and ran through everything and great booklet he has put together on everything in the villa home, and local food shops and restaurants and areas to see visit. Front door broke and we text Govanni and he sorted it out straight away with no bother would recommend this place as a fantastic place to stay and very reasonable price too,thank you Govanni.

We had a great time, the house is really ideal for a family of four. It has two separate and spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped and super stocked kitchen, and is a 5-minute walk from a beautiful beach with a soccer field, shallow water and lots of kids to make friends with. We also really enjoyed the complex's swimming pool, sheltered from the wind and very clean. Special mention for Mirco who proved to be a really kind owner and ready to accommodate our late check-out requests. Recommended with your eyes closed!

We spent ten exceptional days in a very nice residence. Massimiliano is a remarkable host, attentive and very responsive, his relationship is very friendly despite my rather failing English: a small wifi problem was very quickly resolved. I recommend Las Rocas, a pleasant residence easily accessible for those who rent or own a car and with one of the best hosts I have known.

I had a great month-long stay at this place. It’s super close to the beach, which made the location perfect. The apartment had everything I needed for a longer stay - plenty of space, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable setup for working remotely. I’d definitely stay here again.

We just spend a lovely week staying here. It’s a large space with comfy beds, two sun decks and a comfy hammock style chair on the deck which was perfect for a morning cuppa. The location is quiet and it is out of the main centre. There is a lovely walk along the sea to get to the centre. The furniture and curtains could do with some updating but didn’t take away from a lovely chilled week.
