Back yard is a hit with everyone, very relaxing. You can fish off the dock in the back yard or take the kayaks. Mustang Island beach is near by. We provide life jackets for the kayaks but we are not responsible for accidents. NO bottom fishing!! Bring your own poles, hooks, bobbers & bait. Pet Fee $30 per pet

This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. My place is close to the beach, great fishing, Mustang Island State Park, Padre Island National Seashore, restaurants and shopping!. You’ll love my place because of the view is amazing, the beach and Packery Lake from the patio. Walk down to the beach, come relax by the heated pool and hot tub. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime on smart TVs.

The pictures don’t do it justice! I planned a getaway for my teen daughter and her friend and this was perfect. It’s within walking distance to the beach with a pool and hot tub accommodation. Plenty of room for my teens on their own private side of the condo and the girls got their own full size bath. There was even a sweet binder left with attractions and restaurants and printed google reviews for things in the area. Also had board games, puzzles and books. I hope to be back!

This was our second time staying at Roland’s place. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and essentials for cooking. The pool is perfect for the days that we just wanted to kick back and chill at the house. He was quick to respond to any messages we sent. A++ host!

We loved our stay! The place is spacious with great amenities. Plenty of room for our party of 6. Surprised to find beach towels available, as well as plenty of gear to take to the beach. The kayaks were great! A bit of a trip to get them from garage to water, requiring 2 people, so be prepared and take your time maneuvering. Fabulous location! The canal is pleasant, with a constant breeze on the deck to help keep the mosquitoes away. Our kids even jumped in! One note: we’d suggest water shoes to climb the dock ladder. It had some barnacles. Beaches are about 5-7 minutes away. Shops and restaurants all around. About 1/4 mile away across the canal was a venue with live music on the weekend. The band could be heard from the dock and was pretty good! Not loud enough to hear inside. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were two families on a weekend vacation, the home had everything we needed, was clean and well kept. Gary was a great host, responded to every message very quickly before and after our stay. The boat dock and deck were beautiful and spacious. We all had a great time at the beach and fishing at the house. We often have large family vacations, this house would be great renting the upstairs and downstairs together.

This place is amazing! One block to the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. The furnishings are all nice and comfortable. It feels like someone’s home and not a rental. Very dog friendly as long as your dog ( and you) can handle a couple of flights of stairs. By far the best place we’ve stayed in Port A.

I recently stayed at this beach condo and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially loved the easy beach access — a short walk down the beach access boardwalk. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay the place was amazing and just perfect for us to relax and enjoy some fishing off the pier. The only thing we would have liked is a smart TV so we could have watched our movies on our apps during the raining days that we had. We would stay again for sure and recommend it to anyone that wants a great getaway to relax and fish with an amazing view.
