It consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living area with kitchenette and large terrace overlooking the sea. Ideal for couples , lovers of nature and tranquility. Unique house for location throughout the Gonnesa coast. Note: Not recommended for those who have walking problems due to the location on the sea that you arrive with a 100-meter walk path uphill. Il Poetto , la spiaggia di 8 Km , si trova a soli 7 minuti di Macchina. La location gode anche di ottimi collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici.

Entire apartment with independent access, equipped with swimming pool, private parking and garden in a very quiet and peaceful area, 5 minutes by car from the center, and 10 minutes by car from the main beaches. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Composed of two bedrooms with queen-size bed, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room area with a double sofa bed. It has a terrace and a barbecue. 2 euros per person per day as tourist tax.

The apartment is equipped with: Bed and bathroom linens, dishes, fridge and freezer, washing machine, bathroom products (shampoo and shower foam), air conditioning, outdoor table, umbrella.

The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.

We are in a strategic location halfway between Porto Pino and Sant'Antioco, from here you will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful beaches of southwest Sardinia. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy it to the fullest because depending on the wind you can choose the most sheltered coast.
