The Villa of 80sqm consists of a large double bedroom of 21 sqm sea view, a living room of 21 sqm with sofa bed sea view; a nice bathroom with shower and toilet and a kitchen with living room sea view. Outside you can enjoy a large, well-kept and panoramic garden where you will find furnished areas where you can enjoy the breathtaking view. From the garden on foot, you go down to the nearest beach, Is Canaleddus, which is equipped with a deck overlooking the sea and a restaurant.

Entire apartment with independent access, equipped with swimming pool, private parking and garden in a very quiet and peaceful area, 5 minutes by car from the center, and 10 minutes by car from the main beaches. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Composed of two bedrooms with queen-size bed, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room area with a double sofa bed. It has a terrace and a barbecue. 2 euros per person per day as tourist tax.

The apartment is arranged for four guests and consists of a kitchen, living room (with sofa bed) and bedroom. The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.

The house is located on the outskirts of Iglesias, a medieval town in Sulcis Iglesiente, reachable in just 5 minutes (main services such as supermarkets and pharmacies), a little more to reach the historic center. Just 15 minutes away from the Gulf of Lion, a sandy sea coast of about 4 km.
