This unit is a private apartment in the lower level of my home. There is some noise transfer between the dwellings. There are a number of stairs to the unit. The unit has a washer and dryer. Parking in driveway is available. Weekly and monthly discounts available. The yard is currently a mud yard and not as shown.

Cozy cottage, directly downtown with a 2 minute walk to Broadway. There aren't many places in Corner Brook with an amazing view of the water and a 2 minute walk to the best sushi in Newfoundland. This coastal location is great for bird-watching. Osprey are often seen diving for fish while cruise ships travel up and down the Humber mouth. Our space is a cozy, one bedroom house designed with travelers in mind. With full laundry and all the kitchen amenities so you can feel at home.

We stayed here for snowmobiling and Lori was very responsive if we needed anything and very helpful with information we needed, great hosts. Great location for accessing the snowmobile trails. We just loved our stay, would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

A calming bedroom features a light wood bed frame with a cozy blanket draped over it. Soft lighting is provided by two bedside lamps. A dresser and a mirror are included, with a landscape painting adding a touch of nature to the dark wall.

Our family and dog spent a night while wanting a quick get away to visit Deer Lake. A beautiful home, her decor was like a show home. I absolutely love her style. Very clean, beds were comfortable with quality soft sheets. She allowed us to check in early which was nice as we wanted to spend a couple hours somewhere before it closed at 5. The neighbourhood was very quiet, like a retirement small home/cottage street. Properties were clean and had a sidewalk on the cottage side which we could walk our dog. We would definitely recommend this place and are looking forward to going back again, hopefully! I’d live there if I could, it was beautiful!

We had an issue with the bbq the first day we got there. We let Stelman know and he dropped off a brand new bbq ready to use the very next day. This shows the extent stelman will go to, to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Great place for a short stop. We chose it as a result of ferry delay and because of the price. We were off season so many places not open, and we only had one good day of weather. Nobody’s fault. It was nice to have the kitchen and laundry facility after two weeks of hotels and tent camping. The bed from the main bedroom was not comfortable for me however.

I personally enjoyed the stay, the location is a sweet spot to travel and explore around west part of the island. the kitchen and washroom is ground floor and bedroom, eating table and watching TV is on first floor. Walmart is walking distance. this place is good for active people who wants to do outdoorsy activity. this place meets the requirement for refresher. people with knee injury or multiple heavy luggages will need to rethink as you have to carry the luggages to upper floor. I give this place 5/5 based on my traveling plan.
