Great location for visiting Piedmont University. You can see the Soccer/Lacrosse field from the front yard and walk to campus. Great for attending games/visiting your student. It's also a central location that you'll love being so close to Tallulah Gorge, Lake Burton, Helen, Cleveland, Wineries, Waterfall hikes, and AT. It's located in a peaceful quiet neighborhood, and has a large level private backyard, which is great for grilling, dining outside, relaxing or chilling by the fire pit.

The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

My place is close to Smoky Mountains, Helen, Tallulah Gorge, waterfalls, hiking trails, mountain lakes, hour from Atlanta, parks, great views, restaurants, art and culture. World class trout fishing just 20 minutes away, where I caught my 10 lb., 26" one! I welcome couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Popular hiking trails and waterfalls are just 3 miles away. Handicapped accessible, including shower. TV with dozens of DVD movies, no cable or satellite.
