At the ground floor apartment, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with two single beds formed as couches, a main bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. It's a home-like feeling, quite house, ideal for couples and families. The apartment is surrounded by landscaped garden area featuring many flowers and trees and common facilities such as a fully equiped BBQ area and a swimming pool that you can relax all day long.

One of the three suites that have been designed in the villa's guest house, where there was a radical renovation in 2021.
