It has a shared garden and playground with VILLA YIANNITSIS AP.1. 800 meters away is the center of Acharavi where you will find restaurants, taverns, cafes, bars, supermarkets and banks. Next to the house there is a Pool Bar (Sun Rose) where you have free entrance.

It is set in a pretty garden set back from the main road, over the road from the beach, with a beautiful sea view and a large terrace. It is situated in the centre of the resort with only a 3 minute walk from the beach and within walking distance of tavernas, bars and supermarkets. We welcome children and pets.
