Super-convenient for the airport, but also peaceful, quiet, with a relaxed neighbourhood feel. The host was great! A real plus, making everything easy, and very flexible. I highly recommend this place - the actual apartment is great, comfortable, enough space and clean, well organised - nothing bad.

Dominik’s place is a perfect example of smart space utilisation. Communication was easy, and responses were accurate and timely. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to stay near the airport or simply enjoy a relaxing, home-away-from-home experience

This might just be the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in so far. The location is peaceful, and I really appreciate how the locals and tourists blend so well in the area. It actually reminded me of where I stayed in Hong Kong last year, which I also loved. The room smells fresh and clean, and I thought the “honesty store” was a brilliant touch! Just make sure to list what you take and settle your payment afterward. The hosts were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I’d definitely book again. 한국인분들 그냥 고민말고 선택하세요 위치도 막탄뉴타운 가운데에있어서 뉴타운내에서는 어디든 10분이면 다 가고 외곽으로도 차로 10-15분이면 더 갈수있어요! 성인5명이서 지냈는데 좁지않게 편하게 보냈어요. 큰식탁이 있어서 앉아서 얘기도 나누고 음식들도 먹을수있어 편했습니다 그리고 호스트분이 피드백이 정말 빠르고 궁금한점들 다 알려주시고 친절하세요:) 아빠환갑여행 대성공입니다!

The place is what we have expected - looked exactly like the photos. The place is spacious, clean and has the home vibe we looked forward to.

It was a great stay for the money and the host was very responsive to needs. They upgraded internet to 400mbps fiber for my two month stay for the extra cost. They fixed the washer when it stopped working. The condo was close enough to stores, restaurants and a mall to be walkable. Some might prefer a trike though. Highly recommend the TOPS Grill by the nearby Grand Mall. It was a personal favorite. That said, it was further from a lot of stuff on the island than I realized. That was more of an issue with my expectations though. If you want a mostly quiet place to stay or work, it is great. If you expect to be near the resort beaches or larger malls, it is not. I don't have anything negative to say about the place, the host, or my stay there. If the location fits your needs, I highly recommend staying here. Worth noting that car travel was sometimes more accessible and cheaper with the Maxim app than with Grab in this area.

I had a fantastic 5-day stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communication with the host was smooth and easy; they were responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the cozy balcony, thoughtful touches, though the wifi is not fiber yet sometimes it has slow connection but overall. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Felt like a home. From kitchen, to bedroom, & bathroom. It feels so safe even though it’s a self check in. We enjoyed our stay. The host is very responsive and understanding. I really love the bathroom!!!! The heater, and everything about it. (they have a plant inside the bathroom ++ they include toilet paper, A FINALLY TOILET PAPER for me. In other condominiums I stayed here in cebu they lack of it.) Loved the place. We came there clean, so we also clean it before leaving. Highly recommended! 😊

語学学校に通うため、パートナーと2人で3週間滞在しました。治安の良い場所かつ、スーパーマーケット、薬局、スターバックス、ファーストフード店、フードコートが至近という立地がとてもよく、安心しながら利便性の高い滞在ができました。 施設内のプールも温水で海も見え、とてもリラックスできて良かったです！ ホストの連絡や対応も迅速かつ誠実で感謝しています。 一点だけ、夜中に外のイベント？クラブ？のEDMサウンドが聞こえやすく眠りが浅い方は耳栓の持参をオススメします。

가성비 아주아주 훌륭합니다. 바퀴, 개미 한 마리도 없었어요. 오래 된 흔적은 있지만 정리정돈, 청소 상태 아주 좋았고 세탁기+건조기 일체형 매일매일 잘 사용했어요. 이틀까지 온수 아주 잘 나오다 갑자기 안나오긴 했는데 그냥 씻었어요 ㅎㅎ 응답 바로바로 해 주시고 제가 문의 이틀 이상 없으니 먼저 불편 사항 있으면 말해달라고 먼저 채팅 주셨어요. 주방 싱크대도 깨끗합니다. 수건 넉넉했어요. 주변 생활 시설 도보 거리 있어서 편하고 복잡하지 않아요. 초등 5학년 아들과 엄마 공간도 아주 충분했고 에어컨 거실, 침실 각각 있고 조절도 잘 됐고 곰팡이 냄새도 없었어요. 벽걸이 에어컨이라 소음 없습니다. 청소기, 밀대 있어서 함씩 간단하게만 하고 6박 잘 생활 했습니다. 넷플릭스 로그인 돼 있고 유튜브도 볼 수 있어요. 엘리베이터 옆에 쓰레기 두는 공간 있어서 매일 처리할 수 있습니다. 그리고 가장 중요한 침대 매트리스가 너무 편하고 좋았습니다. 딱딱한 매트 선호하는데 저희한텐 아주 편하고 딱이었어요. 베개도 편했고 이불도 얇지 않아서 좋았습니다. 다음번 계획 때도 날 맞으면 또 찾고 싶습니다. 방학 동안 한 달 살기도 좋을 거 같아요. 아 그리고 5층 수영장도 넓고 시간 보내기 좋습니다.

My family and I loved the place — simple yet classy (at least for us 😉). All the appliances were working well, except for the digital door lock when entering the room. However, it worked fine from the inside, and a key was provided just in case, so it wasn’t a problem. If I may suggest, perhaps consider a slightly later checkout time — 10 AM feels a bit early. Extending it to at least 12 noon would be more convenient for guests. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the place!

The host was good. The place was clean and nice. Internet was fast! Good restaurants and Convenience Stores surrounding the place. However, there were few instructions/rules by the establishment that we had to comply (swimming pool pass and ids for check-in even for my child) and we were not told by the host. Maybe these were new rules. But it wasn't a hassle, we just did what we ask for then everything went smoothly.

We had a fantastic stay at Victoria's Mactan Cebu condo! The place was impeccably clean and conveniently located right next to a variety of shops and restaurants, making our experience even more enjoyable. Victoria, was incredibly responsive and professional, ensuring that all our needs were met with a warm smile. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! We are absolutely looking forward to our next visit to Cebu and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

I truly enjoyed my stay at this property! The place was exactly as described and matched the pictures perfectly. It felt cozy and welcoming, just as we hoped. We encountered a minor issue with the sink, which prevented us from using it to wash dishes (I felt bad leaving them unwashed). However, the host was incredibly responsive and attentive to our concerns. It’s completely understandable that their maintenance staff wasn’t available due to the holiday. Despite this, our overall experience was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the stay and the space. Highly recommend! 😊

Since we checked in into a neat and tidy Airbnb, we also left it neat and tidy. The unit is good as advertised. Clean and modern interior, very accessible. Parking though is not free. Overall, our stay was excellent.
