The place is magnificent, the house is spectacular, very spacious and with lots of land available to enjoy, very complete dishes and appliances, top-notch sheets and towels. María Carlota and Dimas offer you their home and with it their heart, we felt right at home, you feel that family atmosphere at all times. We promised to return and we will soon.

The house is very nice. The rooms are spacious, everything works properly and is well maintained. The area is very quiet and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Communication with the host was very good.

Very nice house with a covered garage for 2 cars (linear, one behind the other). The gate is automatic and the other is not. The size of the garage is something to take into account in the Cofico neighborhood because they are usually just the right size for compact cars, but in this case it is a little larger, an ecosport fits comfortably. The house is very comfortable, it has air conditioning, cold and heat in one bedroom and the other has only cold air. The neighborhood is very nice and safe, there are good restaurants nearby to take advantage of and it is minutes from downtown by car.

A beautiful, comfortable house, the patio and pool 100% diaphragm, in a very quiet environment to rest, we had an incredible weekend with family and friends.

Excellent stay. Andrea very kindly welcomed us and surprised us for the better that there is air conditioning in each room, in perfect working condition. Everything worked perfectly for common use of the house. A very pleasant experience.

We had a great stay in Raul's apartment, very well located, clean, large and with all the amenities announced, internet, tv, full kitchen, very close to restaurants, bars, shops and everything else. Raul's Service was fast and always attentive in everything . I recommend it.

It is a beautiful place, to disconnect, modern and comfortable. The environment is very nice and quiet, with many corners where you can sit to have a mate or read for a while.

Very nice place, the cabin is close to the river. We were able to get to downtown easily. They were flexible with our check-in and check-out times. We would definitely go back.

Marcos is an amazing host. Everything was excellent. The place is beautiful. In summer it must be amazing, it was 100m from a very good river!

A very comfortable and spacious apartment. Two balconies with a nice view, one huge and with a barbecue. Pretty complete and in good condition crockery. The pool on the very nice terrace with a spectacular view of the city. The owners respond right away and are very friendly and helpful. For the price and the area it is 100% recommended.

It made our day that they let us in before check-in time. Pablo and Sofia are very friendly. The house is super comfortable in its layout, ideal for several families. We really liked everything.

Excellent treatment from Juan at all times. She left everything available, gave us a recommendation for places to shop, and provided the few things that were missing. The house is immense (there were 11 people), very well located and everything worked perfectly.

Cecilia's house is very conveniently located. Close to the sports center and with numerous options to go out to eat, shop or have a drink without having to take the car. The house is very spacious and comfortable, the decor is beautiful! Despite the good location, the place is very quiet and sitting on the balcony to enjoy breakfast or the sunset is a pleasure! Cecilia is very nice, willing to help with anything and very flexible. It was a beautiful experience to enjoy that house and all it has to offer! We'll be back for sure!

the house is exactly the same as in the photos, it is super large and comfortable, the attention to margarita and her sister was excellent, very nice and friendly at all times. It is very close to the pedestrian of Carlos Paz. everything was perfect, we appreciate them for everything. I would definitely go back to this place.
