This place is beautiful and great for families. They had everything that you would need! Even a baby gate to keep infants/toddlers safe! They had a bunch of games to play with children! It was a perfect weekend!

Perfect 4 day getaway for my wife and I. Lakeview is awesome and is very peaceful with cabin nestled high in the tree line. Huge decks and hot tub for two was very relaxing, Very open main floor is beautifully decorated in wildlife motif. Kitchen has huge island that allows plenty of space. Just a perfect stay…. We loved it!

We love this place so much. It was perfect for our family. This is a beautiful location close to the Big South fork recreational area. My husband was in love with this place. This was my husband's favorite place he's ever stayed.

Loved staying here! The perfect place for a little getaway! The host was so responsive and helpful! They truly thought of everything and had everything we needed and more available for us to use (dishes, firewood, grill, etc.). We will definitely be coming back!!

My kids and I spent six amazing days together in Burnside. The house was lovely. The area was beautiful. The house was stocked with all the things. Jennifer was very responsive the few questions I had. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for the stay! Our family and a few friends stayed at the cabin and pool plus air hockey was a hit for the young crowd. Our teen boys slept in the trundle beds with no complaints. Other beds, linens, etc., were great for our family. The boys fished both the nearby dock and local park, but unfortunately didn’t have any ‘big’ fishing stories to take away. :) Another part of our family stayed just down the street in another cabin and they too were happy with the quite community atmosphere. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the cabin! The cabin was very clean and well taken care of. Beautiful scenery and very peaceful as well! Brandon went out of his way to ensure we were in the loop regarding potentially icy/weather and road conditions, and was very communicative and accommodating! We had a great experience and would definitely stay again!

Great place!

Super cute cabin. Very cozy with great decor. Loved the coffee station and the back porch by the river. Susan was extremely helpful. We had fun feeding the animals and she even gifted us a dozen eggs. We enjoyed this place so much that we booked it again to stay overnight for our trip home.

This exceeded our expectations,it was the perfect private get away for us and our dogs. We enjoyed the peaceful time in nature.

This place was absolutely fantastic! Our family had an amazing time from start to finish. The property was super clean, which we really appreciated. What truly set this experience apart was how accommodating the host was for our very large group. Having a second location nearby was a brilliant solution that made sure everyone was incredibly comfortable. Overall, the experience was beyond what we were hoping for - a perfect stay and highly recommended!

Property is beautiful and peaceful, able to ride to S Tree trails close by, wildcat requires a lot of road riding. Only thing we had as a draw back which was out of Carla’s control is the 3 ton limit bridge which added 45 minutes extra onto our drive as we had to go to McKee to access the property. Needless to say we enjoyed our trip, WiFi was bonus as there isn’t cell phone coverage anywhere in the area through multiple carriers but that also meant we weren’t bothered riding either. I’d book this again in future.

Beautiful place. Very cutesy. The hosts are very helpful as my dog had gotten free and ran off and they were friendly as he came running to them. Since their home is at the end of the driveway, anything we needed was easy to access. The host also made sure to check on things we might need due to our longer than usual stay. Evenings were so peaceful in the beauty of the secluded forest during out stay.

We loved our cabin. It worked out great for us. Got fish a little bit in the pond and caught a few small bass. The weather could have been better…but that’s Mother Nature’s fault. Will stay again for sure.

Really great cabin with strong WiFi. Great backyard space . The gravel road to get there is no joke so make sure you have the proper vehicle.

Clean bathrooms. Sufficient well spaced bedrooms. Weel equipped kitchen. Friendly owner. Great hospitality overall. Would like to return back soon.

My sister, niece and I stayed at the cabin. It was cozy and comfortable. I would stay again if I was in the area. It is convenient to stores and restaurants.

We planned this trip months in advance. Unfortunately a couple days before our trip a tornado went through the area. She immediately contacted us when she learned the power was out. We decided to go to the house and see if it had been restored but the power was still out. Megan went above and beyond to help us and was able to provide us another place to stay. We had a wheelchair bound family member with us so we were not easy to accommodate. We were not at this original location long but it was clean and as described. I know it would have been a great place to stay.

Another great stay for our great nieces 8th Birthday! Everything was super clean, well stocked and had everything we needed plus more. Elsie is an awesome host that is super prompt in getting back to you. The stay is always pleasant and we feel at home! I can't wait for our next stay at Elsies place!

Comfortable, clean, and well-equipped cabin in a quiet location. Very convenient to Cumberland Gap NP. We would highly recommend and happily stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is just a short drive from Conley Bottom, which made it super convenient for lake days. It’s tucked away in a peaceful setting—perfect for unwinding after a full day on the water. Our son absolutely loved the swing and the lofts—such fun touches for kids! There’s even a small Dollar General right nearby, which was super handy for grabbing last-minute snacks or supplies on our way to the lake. Great spot for families looking to relax and recharge. Would definitely stay again
