Monthly Rentals in Coral Gardens Reef

Absolutely loved this stay! It is a quick walk to a beautiful section of the Grace Bay beach with a snorkeling park! The studio is cozy had everything one person needs, and there’s communal snorkeling equipment. The location was easily accessible to east and west sides of the island. The hosts are really kind and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Ivan and Gena are exceptional hosts. They were so friendly and receptive to every request we had. They offered great local suggestions for food, fun, and cultural experiences. Ivan and Gena also provide their guests with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and snorkel gear, which we used daily. Staying at the treehouse allowed us the flexibility to buy groceries to have with us at the beach and also be close to many resorts where we could take advantage of their amenities. I recommend Ivan and Gena’s Treehouse to anyone that wants to experience Turks and Caicos fully, at a fraction of the cost of the resorts. 5-Star experience

Our second visit to Kathrins Airbnb. The apartment is as beautiful an clean as shown in the the pictures. There was only two of us but would be comfortable for two couples. The Airbnb is only a two - three minute walk to the beach which is gorgeous!! On the beach to the left 1 minute down is great snorkeling and 2 minutes to the right is Beaches resort - so you know you are staying on a top notch beach area. The privacy and safety of the Airbnb is a comfortable feeling. The Airbnb is in a gated area. kathrin and Marcus were available to answer any questions we had concerning restaurants or places to visit. The only comment I would make is that they are building so much in the area that there is some construction noise and a higher amount of traffic this time than last. I however will definitely be back as it was not a big deal to us. Wonderful hosts, Airbnb and area!!!!!

After reading reviews and now staying at this spot, we 100% agree that the location of this studio makes the stay worth it! It’s small, nothing fancy, but was comfortable and cozy. We took a short 2 min drive in our rental car to Bight Park (Grace Bay) often during our stay and the beach was one of our top beaches after visiting Provo, North/ Middle Caicos. Popular fish fry, shops and all popular beaches within a 10 min drive. 😊 Book it if you want to save $$ and hit up all the good spots!
