Very cute space, got it very cheap. Was kind of confusing trying to find the place but other than that great area to everything, would definitely recommend and book again!

What a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is thoughtfully minimal, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The natural light throughout the space is fantastic, and the corner balcony on the 12th floor offers gorgeous views of Miami—such a blessing to wake up to! The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with great amenities that made my stay very enjoyable. The unit shares a private hallway with one other tenant, which likely helps to keep the price reasonable. Overall, I absolutely loved my time here and I would definitely stay again!

Stayed one night it was great time

Jens apartment was perfect for what we needed, it was clean and well taken care of. The view an access to the beach was awesome. It was very clean and velet with no parking fee a major plus. The apartment had everything u needed to cooking food and beach chairs and unbrella, beach toys if u have little ones. The beach was clean and water was clear. We mainly enjoyed the beach and did some site seeking out if Miami. If your looking to adventure in south beach or anywhere in Miami there is no parking at all you best bet is to a taxi or uber. Plan on spending a lot of money at restaurants. We loved the apartment and the beach but that was mainly it for Miami. Its a huge tourist spot so if u plan to just stay in Miami save your money on a car rental. If you want to adventure out like we did then rent a vehicle. I would definately rent from Jen again it was a perfect apartment for us and the price and convince was exactly what we was looking for. Thanks again Jen it was a perfect hidden

Nossa estadia foi muito boa e superou nossas expectativas. O quarto era muito bom, com um banheiro ótimo. A localização excelente, bem no início de South Beach, um área bem calma, com ótimos restaurantes e fácil pra se locomover (ônibus, bike, carro). O prédio tem dois andares e não tem elevador o que pra nós não foi um problema, mas quem tem dificuldade de locomoção deve se atentar a isso. O chuveiro é bom, mas é baixo, o que pode ser ruim para pessoa com 1,85m ou mais altas. O café da manhã é satisfatório, pro padrão americano tá excelente. Entendam que é um bom hotel, recomendo e certamente me hospedaria nele outras vezes, mas não é um hotel de luxo (4, 5 estrelas). Se tá procurando luxo, não é esse o hotel.

Previous reviews almost scared me away, but I’m happy to say I did indeed receive my deposit back within 3 days of checking out. My flight was delayed, but hosts were very friendly and flexible with checking in late night. The ambiance of the hotel is just as pictured. It almost felt like a resort with all the amenities and activities going on, so the resort fee was worth it. I stayed for 4 nights and yes, the hallway has that sour water smell, but you’ll stop noticing it after a day. The room looks very small in pictures, but was definitely more spacious in person. Housekeeping did a phenomenal job. I stayed on the 3rd floor and there’s a beautiful deck outside with a bay view, tables, artwork, and stair access to the common areas. The beach is like a 6 minute walk away, and the jet ski/boat ride spot is at the light right outside the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, close to the pool and beach and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We love the Fontainebleau and decided to try an Airbnb on the property for this trip—I’m so glad we did! The unit was fantastic—comfortable, spacious, and came with all of the incredible hotel amenities and some, just as we’d expect from the Fontainebleau. The complimentary spa passes were a delightful surprise; my partner enjoyed the Lapis Spa thoroughly while I attended convention sessions. The view overlooking the resort, pool, and ocean was absolutely stunning, and the balcony was even larger than we expected, providing a perfect spot to play. Attending a convention can be hectic for me, so I enjoyed staying in the Sorrento Tower which offered a peaceful retreat away from the chaos of the convention. As a couple, we had ample space to spread out and feel at home. Our hosts, Tal and her husband, were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable. We’ll definitely consider booking this unit again.

An absolute pleasure to stay here! John and Jean are the best! Loved the quaintness of the room, the very short walk to the beach, the privacy on the beach, and the patio furniture in the evenings! Loved having beach towels and nice chairs to use daily. The laundry facilities are awesome, at only 4 quarters a load. Plenty of walkable restaurants and shops down the Broadwalk. I normally don’t like to stay at the same place twice, as I want to experience new things, but the Revere is definitely on my list to return to! You are guaranteed to make new friends here. Can’t recommend enough! Just book it!

This was our 3rd stay in the last year at this particular hotel. We really enjoy it there. It's always clean and has much to do in walking distance. I will say that this unit has been my favorite so far. I really enjoy having a view of the ocean and city. The ocean is a bit far away but still it's a great view. The bed was very comfortable. Large amount of space. Most of the products in the bathroom smelled like something men use which my husband didn't mind. The kitchen had all the utensils and cookware needed for smaller meals. I would bring your own seasonings. I never found salt and pepper in the unit. Overall, really good stay and will be back to this unit.

Everything was amazing, the host is very attentive and responsive to any questions you have, we also forgot our baby’s blanket and couldn’t pick it up after 3 days of our check out date, she saved it for us and we were able to go pick it up so she deserves the 5 star all day every day🎉🎊

Great place for couples or friends trip. I don’t realize it’s located in the LGBTQ community but it brought a lot of diversity and fun. I highly recommend dining at the bar next to the building or waking up early to watch the sunrise. Walking distance to everything! The pool/bar was a public social hangout vs a place to swim and relax. Spacious kitchen and balcony. Only thing negative I can say, the hotel manages the building and sent in someone while we were out, to collect and put in new towels without giving us any notice. The clean towels were placed in my open luggage, very odd! I can’t say anything negative about the host or place, unbeatable price for the location!

Sandrine‘s apartment was easy to find and very clean. The Check-in was easy and everything like the pictures. The gym and pool area is absolutely amazing. I definetely recommend this cozy residence apartment!

Our stay was short (we wish we could have stayed longer) we were able to check in early, the area is beautiful and the staff was friendly and welcoming to us. So close to the ocean as well, for those of us who do not live near the ocean this was a sweet find ❤️🙏🏼 we hope other people can enjoy the beauty of the ocean air and feel the peace and joy we did on our stay
