Private suite vacation rentals in Coquitlam

We enjoyed our stay at Shannon's home. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood with a large wooded park just a block away. We had the whole lower floor to ourselves, and appreciated having a separate living room with a TV loaded with Netflix Kids to keep our little one entertained while we cooked, relaxed, etc. We found everything we needed for a weeklong stay, and Shannon responded quickly to any questions or requests.

I had a great stay in Liz’s suite, she was always responsive and super flexible to my strange timing which was so appreciated at a difficult time. Would recommend for a single person or couple, lovely suite and a super walkable neighbourhood.

This was perfect for our needs. We came in pretty late after missing our ferry and it was easy to find and get inside. The beds were comfortable, just a little on the firmer side which isn’t my favorite. There were extra pillows, throw blankets, and fans available in the closets which we appreciated. Each room had a surface to put luggage on which was nice and the shower had great water pressure. Location was close to the suspension bridge and a breakfast spot we love.

The place was perfect, we loved the location. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the beds were comfy. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Sheila.

Tony was a great host and his place was a treat to stay at. Tony was very responsive to our needs and questions, and a few minor things were sorted very quickly, and with great comms. The whole house was fully stocked - from kitchen to amenities to children toys (which our 2 year son enjoyed a lot!). We loved the North Vancouver area (location) and it was right oppo a great park, and was very green all around! Would definitely stay with Tony and family again!

Home was as described, tucked in a peaceful neighborhood with lots of dog walkers, cyclist, etc. I gave 5 stars because the place was super clean, cozy and a good price. Things that could be an issue, not for us, but maybe others; little footsteps overhead- not disturbing but noticeable, tv took a little to figure out-ended up using my google account, being from south Louisiana not used to staying in places with no AC but fans were provided and AC wasn’t missed. Would definitely stay here again.

Sure! Here’s the refined version: We stayed for three nights in Vancouver and the place worked really well for our group of 5 adults and 1 child. It was clean, had everything we needed, and Kris was responsive. Would recommend!

Had a great stay, wish we had longer than 2 nights to take full advantage of the suite. Loved the hot tub & the sound of the river from the deck was very relaxing. The gas fireplace in the living room made the place feel cozy while we had our morning coffee.

Kristin's place was truly a home away from home. The bed was VERY comfortable and I slept like a dream. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the appliances that one would want (and perhaps even more!). The entire suite was immaculately clean. I wish that I hadn't worked so much during my stay so that I could have enjoyed the balcony and the great weather I was lucky to have had!

Wei’s place was just as described in the pictures. It was very clean and Wei was very quick to respond with any questions that I had. The neighborhood is also very quiet and peaceful. I would absolutely stay here again.

I highly recommend this place for you guys i really enjoyed staying there with my wife , We stayed almost 3 months and Irene and her family they were very friendly and they treated us very nice! The place its amazing you have a wonderful view from Burke Mountain fresh air and very quiet neighbourhood!

Grace's place is very comfortable. It's easy to get to. The kitchen was great. Grace was very responsive to any questions. It does have a lot of stairs to get to the door which was fine for us and we were aware when we booked. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with mobility challenges.

Thi and Brian were so accommodating. The place was exactly as described and I felt safe and comfortable for my one-month stay. Laundry room and Kitchen are excellent, able to cook and clean each week without any issue. Beds are extremely comfortable.

Me and my friend enjoyed our stay at Rob’s suite, the place was cute, very clean and well maintained! Instructions for check in and other things were clear and easy to follow, and the host was really nice as well. Highly recommend😊
