The entrance is independent, the terrace is quiet and sheltered at the back of the house, the view from the bedroom is unobstructed and not overlooked. The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical Haute Savoie chalet, south-facing, between Geneva and Annecy. A perfect location for couples or families, to visit the surroundings and access the different activities in the region. The village offers pleasant walks or bike rides. The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. The place is bordered by two rivers the Morges (with a 7 meters waterfall in the forest) and the Usses. An ideal place for fishing and nature lovers.
