Waterfront vacation rentals in Copacabana Beach

Such a clean and spacious place to stay for a week! Very walkable to almost everything you need in Rio. The beach is right out front, multiple restaurants within 2-3 mins of walking, and the grocery stores are right across the building. Quite honestly such a steal for the spot you’re getting! Never felt unsafe in our stay here and the doormen were always greeting us! Host was extremely responsive in a timely manner. The view from the balcony overlooking copacabana beach is also breathtaking! If you do have an earlier flight before check-in or a later flight after check-out, the doormen might not be comfortable keeping your luggages in storage which is not the host’s fault. It honestly depends on who is working at that time. Which I understand because we had a bunch of big luggages. The doorman working at the moment just wasn’t comfortable being responsible for that many personal belongings. There is a storage unit company just right across the street and we had no problems using it!

If you're are looking for a great apartment that's sponsored by a great host, look no further. Hands down, the beat host since I began using Airbnb in 2016. Not only is Thales, responsive but caring. I arrived 6 hours early and had no where to go, Thales made sure that the apartment was ready to go and allowed me to occupy 6 hours earlier. The apartment was immaculent! Great views, super clean and comfortable. Its only 1 block away from the beach! If you're are looking for the ultimate housing experience in Rio, with a great host, stay here. I've been using Airbnb for 9+ years, this was my best experience!

Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite Mal in diesem tollen Appartement, weil wir unsere Tochter in Rio besucht haben. Magnus Wohnung ist einfach nur zu empfehlen. Sie entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos im Internet. Der Kontakt mit Magnus war von Beginn an top und sehr nett. Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Copa Cabana. Direkt neben der Wohnung befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt, wo man alle Lebensmittel kaufen kann. Die Wohnung ist riesengroß auf zwei Etagen verteilt. Nachts schläft man sehr ruhig. Es ist alles sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Aussicht von der großen Penthouse Terrasse ist atemberaubend. In dieser Penthouse Wohnung gibt es wirklich nichts zu kritisieren.

My family traveled to Rio for a wedding and our stay was beyond our expectation. Their home had artistic decor which brought in details from outside into the home. Wonderful expansive views of the ocean and fun to watch beach activities. Easy access to beach even beach chairs and umbrella were provided. Kitchen was well equipped and home was spotless. Rodolfo and Derek were very responsive when asking for help with suggestions about tours, shopping and more. We had a bathroom issue which they responded quickly. Always felt safe and doormen were sweat hearts. Great options for dinner, shopping and Roxy show was recommended by Rodolfo and was wonderful. Highly recommend!

The place was very well furnished. Beautiful view of Copacabana, and easy to maneuver the area. Receptive doorman and security. Just be mindful that you want to ask about the toilet paper situation because they said not to flush it down the toilet. You will want to speak with the host about that.

Difícil achar um ponto negativo no apartamento - localização fantástica, super seguro (com portaria e recepcionista 24h), fácil de chegar a partir do aeroporto, super limpo, cozinha equipada, prédio com estrutura muito boa (academia, piscina, vista). Marcos um anfitrião extremamente atencioso, com orientações gerais super relevantes e respostas rápidas. A vizinhança do apartamento é excelente, segura, com muitas opções de bares, restaurantes, transporte e lazer. Enfim, estadia fantástica em todos os aspectos!

Minha estadia na casa da Bianca foi simplesmente perfeita! O lugar é maravilhoso, super bem localizado e super confortável. O ambiente é tranquilo e acolhedor, o que fez minha experiência ser ainda mais agradável. A Bianca foi uma anfitriã super atenciosa e sempre pronta para ajudar. Eu amei a minha estadia, foi um fim de semana incrível e eu não vejo a hora de retornar. A casa é exatamente como nas fotos, a vista é ainda melhor! Comércios ao lado da casa, lanchonetes,eu particularmente pedi no ifood que também entrega. A minha comunicação com Maria Fernanda foi ótima, respondia rápido e não tive nenhum problemas!

Amazing flat with one of the best views of Ipanema! it looks just like the pictures if not better. super close to the beach and the location in general is great with loads of botecos, stores, etc. Julie as a host was amazing, always super responsive and gave us loads of tips. Will definitely try staying here the next time I'm in Rio!

Além disso o condomínio é super familiar, com informações claras e boa comunicação entre os funcionários. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos e maior que o esperado. Fica bem próximo da Olegario que tem exatamente os melhores bares, restaurantes e tudo que você precisa como: mercado, padaria, academia… Gostei bastante e nem queria ir embora kkk com certeza voltarei.
