Surya and his wife Rashmi are one of the best hosts we have found in Airbnb ever. Very responsive, cooperative and took all our queries very patiently. Thank you for the hospitality and the amazing place that you have.

Peaceful, calm and serene environment. Very helpful and friendly caretaker and family. Not a big menu, but the complimentary breakfast and everything we had from the menu was tasty and homely. 6-7 km to the center of Ooty, so ideal for people with own transport.

It was a good stay at a very good place with great view.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. Right from the beginning Aruna was prompt with her responses and the folks at the property(Magesh, Senthil and Chef)were very helpful. The food was yummy, tasted like home cooked meal. The rooms were spotless. I highly recommend this place.

It was a amazing stay and the host was very corporative and hospitable. Loved the stay and bond fire with scenic view of ooty was amazing.

Location: It is located in the heart of Ooty and very convenient location. It is a brand new property and it is very clean and neat. Rooms: We were 3 family stayed at Avalon Stays, It was spacious as they have 4 bedrooms and one common space. Food: They prepared very good non spicy food for kids and also they have some spicy dishes like pepper chicken and all. It was really yummy. Lemon tea was super Hospitality: The staff members are really cooperative and hence it was very pleasant stay at Avalon Stays.

The place is slightly remote from the main city which makes it perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful stay. The property is well maintained by the caretakers and they are very responsive. All the amenities listed were working fine and the place was clean. We also asked for a bbq and they took a reasonable amount for it and the chef helped us with it. The cost of the place is good but I would like the room to have some lamps and better utensils for the price we are paying. Also, autos and cabs take a lot of money to go to the city side so if you want to travel the city side then stay in the city and then come here for a stay to enjoy the beautiful mountains and tea estate.

The staff was incredibly courteous and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. Every interaction was met with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. What stood out the most was the peaceful environment—perfect for unwinding and taking a break from the usual rush. Whether it was the quiet mornings, the cozy evenings, or the scenic views, everything came together to create a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refreshing getaway. I’d gladly return again!

good location and very clean rooms and bathroom.

The villa is perfectly done, the view from the villa is mesmerising, the place is new and the location is perfect, the care takers were very helpful and the best part the commutation was flawless with ram, he check upon us and made sure we had a good time at his place.

It’s a great place to be honest. Such a big villa located at a brew-tiful place. Booking was smooth. Vignesh did gave me heads up about the amenities in the property. What you see in the photos will be there. Sathish, who manages the property was very helpful and friendly. He sorted out the dinner (separate cost) for us on time and the food was amazing. Thanks to the cook! When it comes to the location, you will find very few places with such a breathtaking views from the property overlooking the tea estates under the mountain. Weather was definitely an icing on the cake. Late evening’s and early morning’s are beautiful, calm and blissful. It’s an amazing property and it could’ve been kept bit more nice and well maintained (bathrooms). But that’s not a big concern for me as my purpose of the visit was fulfilled. Overall I’m extremely happy and I would visit again for another peaceful experience.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! The location is absolutely awesome, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The property itself is stunning - beautifully maintained and immaculately clean. We were thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and the care that's clearly been taken to create a welcoming atmosphere. Our host was super responsive and helpful, answering all our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. A special mention to Elsy, the caretaker, who was an absolute delight to interact with! Always available on just a call, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. And the food? Absolutely delicious! We were treated to some amazing meals, which really added to the overall experience. Overall, we can't recommend this property highly enough! If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay with great hosts and a fantastic location, look no further!

It was a great stay. Great escape to a beautiful surrounding and tranquil location. The property was well maintained and taken care of well. Really enjoyed the stay, bonfire and nearby attractions. Both Burhan and caretaker Raj were well responsive and proactive. They guided us well to find the place which was little far off the main road. Overall good experience.
