Vacation rentals with a patio in Coolum Beach

Great location near the beach and within 5 minutes walk. Would be great in the summer with all the shade and greenery but a little dark and sunless at time we were there.

I can't reccomend Soul Beach Bungalow enough. The pictures do not do it justice. A beautiful private terrace to relax. An amazingly equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Everything has been considered and the whole place was spotless. The hosts were amazing - always there to answer any question and assist. Finally location is awsome and just a short walk to the beach. thanks Soul Beach Bungalow for a great stay.

this is our second stay and again absolutely loved being here we will 100% be return guests it's a home away from just 1 million times better. We loved our short stay at Anthony's place. It was perfectly located both for amenity, and proximity to a family member we were visiting. Despite pouring rain on the day of our arrival, the subsequent days were fine and mostly sunny, so we could enjoy the morning sun on the private balcony. A short walk took us to the beach for sunrise, and to the "Boatshed" for sunset; as well as the local shops which had everything for us to self cater in the well equipped kitchen. It was a great stay and we would return.

Nick is simply the best host you could hope for. Super thoughtful and kind. Responsive and always there to support. He even changed his own plans to let us stay longer. The place itself is perfect for a beach getaway. Full of thoughtful touches and everything you could want for a short or long term stay. 10 out of 10, very highly recommended!!

Barbara was very responsive with clear check-in instructions and the place was flawless. We stayed with our two teenage sons and Barbara accommodated our request to split the beds into two twin beds. The unit comes with beach towels as well which is a wonderful bonus. Our boys found the welcome chocolate treats and gave the unit a double thumbs up. All round, an excellent experience

Can’t recommend Little Whale House highly enough! I immediately felt at home, the owners have done a wonderful job designing the house to feel like a home. Very clean. Great garden for the dogs! Easy and quick communication. I hope I get to return!

Fantastic property in a beautiful spot. Only thing to note for future guests is that while the property is fully fenced, if you have smaller pets they may be able to fit through gaps in the fence so you need to keep an eye on them, especially the gate to the property which is on the main road as the yard isn’t fenced off from the driveway.

We loved the airbnb, the place was beautiful, in a great location (easy walk to shops and beach) and the house had so many amenities and appliances, absolutely loved it.

A wonderful but all too brief stay on our way north. It was quiet, peaceful and in a great spot. Glasshouse Mountains views down the road are outstanding!

What a beautifully appointed space for our Pre Wedding photos and Post Wedding mini moon. From the close proximity to the beach in the day to the comfy beds at night ,this place did not disappoint.. Thoroughly recommend. 10/10

This beautiful retreat in Coolum is not only a great spot but has the loveliest host and a really relaxed and comfy vibe. The outdoor dining area and garden were favourites of ours. Comfy couch and beds and all the amenities described! If you already love Coolum or are visiting I can highly recommend Lisa as a host for your stay!

My partner and I had the most amazing stay here! The properties ammenities were brilliant! The property was in a perfect location to the local cafes of Duke Street, the Sunshine Beach Surf Club and the beach. Ruby was such a wonderful host, so friendly and excellent with communication. I can’t wait to stay here again!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Great location. Easy walk into Mooloolaba. Clean, fantastic views, great no hassle communication. Had everything that we needed for a short 3 day stay. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment in a great complex, lots of amenities. Clean & tidy outside areas. Great location. Plenty of restaurants, bars & shops within walking distance. Host was very helpful & communicated well. Overall a lovely weekend stay. Would definitely recommend.

Graham’ apartment was great for a retreat after a busy work schedule in Brisbane. Close to walk everywhere and the pool and Sauna were great to relax in. However there is a bit of main road noise which didn’t bother me, but may not suit if you need it super quiet. All up a great long weekend with quality fit out all through. Thanks Graham

Terry’s home was absolutely beautiful, very modern and stylish. We felt right at home and very comfortable. She went above and beyond in the things that she offered. The unit is very modern with automated smart home devices, comfortable beds and everything one could possibly need in a kitchen (even a treat in the freezer for my boys) and Devine coffee for us. Thank you so much Terry, we will most definitely be coming back.

We had the most wonderful stay at this lovely apartment during the Easter holidays! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was very comfortable for our whole family. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided — from a fully equipped kitchen to nice and clean linens. The location was perfect — peaceful yet conveniently right at Mooloolaba esplanade, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Communication with Gysbert was seamless; he was friendly and responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We left with such lovely memories and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend this gem of a place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!
