This private seperate dwelling is ideally located being only 10 walk to Coolum’s magnificent surf beach, shops, restaurants and local bowls club. The house is next to a green corridor making it a great place to see species wildlife. It’s a very safe and quiet neighbourhood. Watch the sunset from the deck every night! 15 minutes drive to Coolum Beach and 5 minutes drive to Yandina. 10 minute drive to Mt Ninderry summit walk. There are two friendly cats at the property who will surely come to say hello. Note there is no public transport around this area.

Make yourself at home in our coastal beachpad! We hope to provide a calm and relaxed space for your getaway to the Sunshine Coast. Whilst it is downstairs from the main residence where we live, it is completely separate with total privacy. Beachpad Yaroomba is very close to the beach and an easy drive to iconic Noosa to the north or Mooloolaba to the south.
