We had a wonderful stay at Kate’s place! Very comfortable and well setup. I loved that it had a garage space being right next to Park Street. Getting street parking around there on an overnight basis can be a hassle so this was a huge plus for me. Highly recommend!!

My weeklong stay at Dan's was wonderful. He was the perfect host - provided clear instructions for everything in the home, responded quickly to messages and made sure I had a comfortable stay. The self check-in/out process was very easy. The house itself is lovely - spacious, cozy and comfortable. There is a gorgeous view from all 3 floors. Note that the upstairs master bedroom doesn't have blinds covering the windows, so if you need to sleep in complete darkness, be sure to bring an eye mask (lots of city lights). I got used to this and it was so nice waking up with the sunrise and falling asleep to the view of the city at night. Various birds also stopped by outside the windows - hawks, ravens & hummingbirds. The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful, safe and quiet. The home is a 15-30 min walk to various parks where you can feel close to nature (highly recommend Glen Canyon Park). Lots of good food, shops and cafes in nearby Noe Valley and Glen Park (20-25 min walk) - keep in mind you'd have to walk uphill to get back. There is easy, free all day parking out front should you need it. It was really nice having central heating and access to a washer and dryer as well. Overall a wonderful stay!

We had an excellent stay at Kate & JP’s house. We stayed for 1 month as we transitioned from NY to Alameda. They made sure we had everything that we needed and the house was perfect. Fantastic hosts.

Our family stayed here. It was exactly where we needed to be and what we needed. We had trouble with the electronic lock, but Mark had clear backup instructions that worked great and we did not have to ask for help. What some other reviewers have said may be accurate, but this rental worked out great for my family. Mark did get back to me right away whenever we contacted him. Thank you for having this rental where my family needed to be.

This was the second time we stayed at Christy and Oscar’s beautiful casita. It is a beautiful oasis - immaculately clean, every amenity provided, beautifully decorated. We have had many hosts but no one has surpassed the wonderful care and friendly, responsive hospitality here. Mountain House is growing and it’s nice not to have to go into Tracy for groceries, restaurants, etc. I’m going to stop my glowing review here or there will never be openings again. Thank you for a great experience, Christy and Oscar. We hope to visit again!

A beautiful and eclectic San Franciscan home. We felt like we were staying at a friend's house. Home from home, we felt very comfortable and safe. Heidi's home really served its purpose, it gave us the flexibility we were looking for. Highly recommend a stay.

Thomas and his family went out of their way to make us feel welcome, were responsive, and helped us with an airline-delayed suitcase delivery. The home itself is peaceful, clean, and a great place to spend a few days in comfort. The cute kittens in the yard were an extra fun bonus!

Our stay at West Oakland was very good, we loved the airbnb. The house is clean and very spacious, moreover, it is very close to the BART station which made our journey in San Francisco very accesible. We enjoyed staying at Williams house and would definitely stay again!

I could not stay at the property due to personal reasons and Mojtaba was excellent in accommodating my request to leave earlier. I really appreciated their promptness in addressing my request. Very generous! Thank you!

Super convenient location for my husband to attend is conference and Whole Foods was a block away. Very thoughtful amenities like fans, tea, coffee, extra blankets, shampoo/conditioner. Would happily stay again.

Overall, this is a great place to stay. This is a 3 bed 3 bath unit so it's nice for large group (we had 6). Location-wise, the place is okay. You can use the train/bus to get to tourist attractions (Golden gate bridge or park, fisherman wharf, twin peaks) but it will be a quite journey. Or uber/lyft is fine. Very quiet and peaceful at night. One caveat is that you have to bring the luggages up the stairs to enter the unit. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant stay for us.

Had everything we needed for comfort stay.

I had wonderful time at Bi's place. The place is located in the safe neighbourhood, very clean and cozy. Each room had digital door lock and this was more appropriate for my trip since my stay was with 2 other colleagues for the business trip. I would love to come back to Bi's place if I come back to SF!

Absolutely loved our stay. Very comfortable, spacious and quiet - felt right at home. Excellent communications throughout, well appointed, impeccably clean + even more beautiful than the photos :). A wonderful experience.

I reserved this place for my sister and nephew, who were visiting from Florida. It is very close to us, so it was very convenient. The place was very nice! It was clean, and everything had that new feel to it. The neighborhood is nice, and you can walk to a little shopping center with four or five places to eat. Julie set up the access code well in advance and communicated quickly. It's a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Stephanie’s place. The view is spectacular, absolutely loved the deck area. It’s peaceful and beautiful, with all the amenities you need. The house was perfect for our family stay and had everything we needed. Was a comfortable stay for us. Stephanie was kind enough to check in to see how we were doing and was always responsive and accommodating. Grateful for the priceless memories we were able to make there as a family. Very considerate and polite, Cynthia's place was a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle. She's very attentive and does her best accommodate and help you feel at home!

Jeffrey's property is superb. It's clean, comfortable, and close to the Castro and Mission area. Parking can be an issue if you arrive after 3 pm but fortunately it's a free parking street. Just be mindful of street sweeping hours. The Master Suite view is gorgeous and it's location in the house can make it a tad warmer so definitely recommend opening the windows in the afternoon.

The accommodations were great! Very comfortable bed, top criteria for me, and everything exactly as described. Perfect for us.

We had a wonderful family visit here in preparation for a larger family reunion when we will fill both the upstairs and downstairs units later this summer. The unit was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was a perfect place to spend time cooking and eating together with our grown sons and other family members. We enjoyed the way the kitchen, dining area, and living room are all one big space. We especially enjoyed lunch on the back deck. Looking forward to our next visit!

I loved my stay and wished I could of stayed longer. The host was super responsive and was able to get me in late in the evening when I really needed a place to land. The bed I stayed in was really comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and I was able to cook full meals. It was nice to have AC and living room was nicely furnished. I also really appreciated the premium streaming service! It's important to note for those with mobility issues there are lots of stairs and you do need to park on the street and walk a few minutes to get into the house (although you can drive up to the door to drop your stuff off ) That being said I have had 3 hip surgeries and I had no problem although I did have help getting my stuff in and out. Also - bring an eye mask if you need the room to be dark in the morning. The location is great - very close to downtown Pleasant Hill with it's movie theater, restaurants, and various stores. I would definitely recommend this host and this house!
