Vacation rentals with a sauna in Contra Costa County

Used this as an alternative to the "housing bureau" for a convention at the Moscone Center. An easy 15 minute walk thru some nice areas if you plan it right.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. Zhanna was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making everything super easy from check-in to check-out. The little touches like champagne and fresh flowers made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I had a fabulous stay at Pavel's Mission Bay apartment. NEIGHBORHOOD: Mission Bay is an up and coming SF neighborhood, with great coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants and public spaces. Gus's Community Market is around the corner, and it offers many organic and takeout options. Walkable and close to public transportation. APARTMENT: Beautiful one-bedroom with stunning views of the Bay and a balcony. Roof deck, gym, and co-working spaces. The place was immaculate when I arrived. COMMUNICATION, ETC.: Pavel sent detailed instructions re: how to access this high-tech building and was responsive. Overall, highly recommend staying here during a visit to San Francisco.

Very good location and the place was really good.

Ellie's place is extremely conveniently located near MacArthur BART, and steps from all the good food and nightlife along Telegraph in Temescal. A perfect place to spend a night or two after coming in from the airport -- the train will take you right there. The only downside is that the building does not have very good noise insulation, and is close to the highway and train tracks. Light sleepers take note -- but I think this place was a great deal!

The place was quiet. It was clean and brand new building. The room is on bus lines that takes you to shopping centers and restaurants quickly or you can go to the Berkeley campus very quickly. Thomas was flexible with the check-in time. Also he was flexible with adding additional person and getting a roll away bed which I didn’t need. Very responsive on the app and was available for check-in.

Great unit, we really enjoyed staying there and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The building had nice amenities. It is so sad to see what has become of San Francisco.

We had a pleasant stay at Gizem’s house, which was impeccably clean and wonderfully quiet—perfect for relaxing after a long day’s driving…check-in was seamless, and our host was warm, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated a wonderful neighborhood, who helped us get in the AAA for our flat tire…Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an environment w/ a tranquil, spotless retreat and an exceptional host, we definitely be back when had a chance!

This little place worked just fine for us! The only thing I didn’t enjoy was being pressured to do a free timeshare experience thing and how noisy the room was. Otherwise, it was great :) bed was comfy and everything was clean when we arrived :)

Dana's house was a beautiful retreat close to BART, shops and restaurants along College Ave. It was extremely clean and easily accommodate my large family for their stay during my weekend weekend. She was extremely helpful and clear with check-in and check-out processes. I would definitely recommend her home to anyone needing accommodations for larger parties!

This home is beautiful; exactly as depicted in the photos. We had plenty of space/beds for our 3 families to stay. The beds were comfortable with lots of blankets for when the weather gets cold. The kitchen was fully equipped. The secret spot under the stairs was a hit with the kids and even some of the adults. Heather, our host, was very helpful and responsive to our questions. She was very thoughtful in providing what we needed for our toddler grandchild. We loved our stay and hope to come again.

Our stay in this home was a genuine treat. Located within an easy walk to family and close to Cortlandt Avenue with its varied shops and restaurants, it was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked and offers casual seating. Should you choose to forgo the nearby restaurant scene, everything needed for preparing a meal is top-notch and close at hand. The main floor also includes a dining area with a large table, a comfortable living room, and a private bedroom/bathroom suite with egress to a lovely backyard featuring its own lemon tree. A small bedroom/office is off the living room. The second level of the house is just as inviting with a large primary bedroom, bath, and office (opening onto a lovely terrace) overlooking the backyard. Nina was very accessible and remained in contact as needed both before and during our stay. We definitely look forward to a second visit. Andrea & Lou

This is a truly beautiful and gracious house, in a great neighborhood, with everything you could need amid amazing furnishings. The back garden is a marvel, and the upstairs master bedroom suite, complete with private deck, is very luxurious. Having a parking space is a great amenity in that neighborhood. I loved the art, which was plentiful and stimulating. Very special place.

A very lovely place, equipped with everything you can possibly need. Perfect location with the views of Mt. Diablo, and open sky. It was so peaceful! We were able to relax and unwind right away on the porch with a glass of wine. Sounds of nature surround you. Beautiful decor, comfortable, and super clean! Has all the extras including a sauna in the bedroom. The jacuzzi over looks the water and views. Lots of toys to play with. Fishing off the dock was fun. Thank you Preston, a Super Host! Probably one of the best AirBnb experiences I’ve had in my 8 years on this app. Helen has extensive experience as a host and her thoughtfulness permeates the entire space, from atmospheric candles to carefully chosen books (she’s a huge LOTR fan!). The downstairs wing where I stayed was spacious and quiet. I had plenty of privacy, but after interacting with both Helen and Richard I found myself enjoying their company (and breakfast) as though I’d known them for years. Usually I like to keep to myself when staying at AirBnbs but they were such pleasant conversationalists and generous spirits that it felt like visiting close friends for a weekend. Helen is a quick, responsive communicator and made sure I had everything I needed, often before I even knew I needed it. The sauna is a marvelous bonus especially after my long flight, and I don’t think I’ve ever slept on a more comfortable bed. I will definitely come back next time I’m in the area. Thank you Helen and Richard!
