Pièce de vie avec vu sur rivière à 100m, la Mayenne . 1 lit 2 places en rdc et 2 lits 1 place sur mezzanine accès par échelle de meunier. (Déconseillé au moins de 3 ans). Couchage d’appoint et lit bébé possibles sur demande. Lits fait à l’arrivé, serviettes de toilette sur demande.

22 m² studio full of charm with a beautiful high ceiling completely refurbished, in a quiet and green area not overlooked. Located close to the village of Châtillon-sur-Colmont between Mayenne and Ernée. This accommodation offers: a separate entrance with cupboard, a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, private bathroom + toilet. Guests can also enjoy access to the garden of about 2000 m² with a seating area.

Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.

Laval train station – city center: cozy apartment

You will be welcome in my apartment, We live right next door. I decorated and arranged it with great pleasure. I hope you feel good about it. I wanted to make it welcoming, bright and comfortable. It has two disadvantages: access is via a narrow spiral staircase so it's not always easy with big suitcases. Despite the insulation it can be hot in summer because it is under the eaves.
