Una estadía soñada en Buenos Aires! Me alojé sola en este departamento y fue una experiencia excelente de principio a fin. El lugar estaba impecable: súper limpio, prolijo y con todos los detalles bien cuidados. Da una sensación de tranquilidad y bienestar que se agradece muchísimo cuando una viaja sola. Patricia dejó un espumante y agua de cortesía que fueron un lindo detalle. Lo que me sorprendió (¡y encantó!) fue poder usar la piscina y el spa del edificio. ¡Un verdadero lujo inesperado! La ubicación también es ideal, muy segura y cerca de todo. Me sentí cómoda todo el tiempo. Sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo especialmente si buscás un lugar tranquilo, moderno y con servicios de primer nivel. ¡Gracias por una estadía perfecta!

Eu gostei mto do apartamento! Eles estavam sempre a disposição e a localização é muito perfeita. Ta do lado do Don Júlio e Ciro Café. Super seguro também. Eu já tinha me hospedado em outros aptos em Buenos Aires e sempre me decepcionava c a limpeza! Mas o apto da carola estava mesmo limpinho

We had a lovely stay at Matthias place. He greeted us warmly and showed us around the flat, and was very helpful with questions about Buenos Aires. The flat itself was very grand and beautiful, also a little worn in, as you would expect with an older place. But we really enjoyed it. One thing of note is that the beds are a little short, so if you are over 185 cm / 6 ft tall, you will have to sleep on an angle :)

We just wrapped up our 1 week trip to Buenos Aires and stayed at Martin and Maria’s Airbnb. We arrived earlier than expected and they had no issues with us checking in a couple of hours early which was amazing! Maria let us into the apartment and walked us through the amenities including the free laundry and sauna on the top floor. The place was absolutely beautiful and clean. The private balcony was perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks! We were very excited to come back to a wonderful home after a long day of walking in BA. The Airbnb is close to a lot of restaurants and central to the activities that we had planned such as the Botanical Garden and Jardin de Japones. There are many parks close by that my 2 yr old son took advantage of. There is a supermarket a couple minutes walk away. Overall we thought this stay was a 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone!

El departamento es perfecto… me aloje varias veces por viajes de trabajo y tiene todo para la estadía … especialmente la cercanía con el subte y todo a distancia caminata

Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!

Ótimo lugar para quem vai em grupo. Acomoda confortavelmente umas 12 pessoas. Casa tem um quintal com churrasqueira que é um charme e muito útil para dias com chuvas e almoço com a galera. Possui três banheiros com água quente (um em uma suíte) e funcionando perfeitamente. Há um supermercado quase na esquina. Enfim, a casa foi um conforto para todos. Com certeza voltaria se precisar de um lugar grande pra ficar. Adorei!

Todo funcionó a la perfección. Su ubicación es muy conveniente y la casa es perfecta para ir con un grupo grande de amigos. La terraza se disfruta con muchas horas de sol. El living es perfecto para convivir y la calefacción estuvo ideal durante toda la estadía. Gran predisposición por parte de los dueños para colaborar y que contemos con todo lo que necesitábamos. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

Epico, poco mas que agregar. Es tal cual la descripcion, 0 humo, la verdad que si buscas algo para disfrutar con amigos y familia es la que va.

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

This place was great. If you haven't stayed in a PH in Buenos Aires before, they are amazing! Each one is unique and offers a different vibe. This place has a beautiful courtyard on the ground floor with tropical plants. The first-floor bedroom feels magical with the large glass windows and plants. Pro and con to the first floor is if it rains... On one hand, the feeling of lying in bed while rain falls outside in the courtyard is euphoric. But on the other hand, it's a bit of a pain to get upstairs to the main level without getting wet. I think it was worth the tradeoff. The second floor is the main level with a great open floorplan living space. Kitchen has all the things you need, minus disposables, like paper towels/napkins. The third floor is the rooftop. You have to experience it to understand it... Now, this is an older place with quirks & things that could use minor improvements, but nothing crazy. 1 downside - mosquitoes, but the host brought us sprays that got rid of them.

Un excelente lugar con las comodidades indicadas, de fácil acceso, cerca a varios lugares, la pasé muy bien sin mayor contratiempo. Seguramente cuando vuelva podría volverla a tomar.

Muy buena experiencia, la verdad es que Jorge y Betty han sido muy atentos en todo, nos explicaron y aconsejaron de acuerdo a lo que les consultamos, el lugar es ideal ya que está en una zona donde hay de todo, la verdad que si tenemos la posibilidad de volver no dudo que me hospedaría de nuevo en el mismo lugar

Excellent unit in a beautiful part of the northern suburb. Plenty to do! Loved the area and the place itself. Clean, new and fully equipped. Host was extremely accommodating and gracious. Would definitely recommend !!
