Comfortable, spacious place with a great rooftop terrace. Unassuming from the street, this house will steal your heart. Walk up a white marble staircase to be greeted by a whimsical sculpture by a local artist in the foyer. On one side, you can relax in a living room with 3 balconies, a grand library and a wood stove. On the other side is a formal yet intimate dining room with a bar. The master bedroom has a vast walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with JACUZZI for relaxation by moonlight!

My apartment is really well located, near the mall, two blocks from Corrientes Avenue and close to subway stations and buses. The Obelisco is only 5 minutes by subway and we are near many other attractions, such as The Colon Theatre, San Telmo, Puerto Madero, Palermo, etc. You will be staying in a spacious studio which also counts with a complete kitchen, a privated bathroom and really big terrace with a huge grill where you can cook an Argentine barbecue. Very beautiful and comfortable house. It had a very complete kitchen and the shower was warm and with good pressure! With the central heating, we don't feel cold at all! In addition, all the beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were 10 points. The only thing to highlight is that it has 1 bathroom upstairs that is more uncomfortable to access and you end up using the one on the 1st floor.

The house is beautiful, as shown in the pictures. It is located in the middle of nature, next to the river, which gives it a very cozy frame. The very full kitchen, the living room and the dining room with an intimate atmosphere. All environments with huge windows to be able to appreciate the landscape. Luciana is a hostess awaiting every inquiry, immediately answering any questions. We would definitely go back.
