Sweet Solitude

Visit this tiny rural cabin. Now is prime birdwatching season! Bring binoculars. Excellent neighbors, but none in sight. 🙂 Sometimes we just want to be alone. Sweet Solitude is a private place to focus on what's really most important, especially for couples. Our cabin locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.

Feel the call of nature as you bring your boats bikes, kayaks, fishing gear, and paddleboards to enjoy all the lake has to offer.

Kitchen and formal dining room fully equipped with appliances, coffee maker, dinner and cookware. Linens and towels also provided. Close to Allegheny College, MMC, Crawford County Fair...walk to food and coffee, stroll the quiet streets of town, or light the fire pit and gather 'round!
