The house is very nice, as shown in the pictures and description. The cleanliness of the place, as well as the directions were very accurate, and we were able to communicate easily with the hosts. A very nice place with nearby roads that allowed us to reach different places quickly.

Wow! one of the best Airbnbs we have been to. The house is gorgeous, equipped with everything you need. Even had some Legos and puzzles for the kids. The pool is big and clean. The beds are big and comfy, and the best part is the huge kitchen! We loved our stay here, highly recommended!!

A true gem! Maikee’s house is truly a beautiful, well cared place that welcomes you in and makes you feel right at home. Every detail of the house is fantastic, there’s nature and beauty all over the place. It looks better than the pictures and the property is very well maintained. The team that manages the house is lovely and communication with them and Maikee was smooth. We barely left the place, has so many areas to enjoy; it’s truly a paradise in the middle of the city, amazing location right between center and north, we will definitely be back ❤️

From check-in to check-out everything was perfect, a place that I certainly highly recommend in all aspects, you can bring your pets without any problem since in that aspect they are very accessible, the best place to stay.

We loved the house, it's very spacious and much nicer in person. My girlfriend and I stayed for a week and we were very comfortable, we enjoyed the pool and the tranquility of the space itself. In front there is a mini supermarket which is practical if you cook at home and it is close to many restaurants and even the airport. Ubers are accessible from this location. Great communication with the hosts, they were friendly and flexible. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay there again.

Benoit is an excellent host and very kind, he sent us the precise instructions and with these we arrived and entered the house super easily, he was attentive and answered questions we had. A very nice house, inside a private area with security, but what we loved was the tranquility, silence and peace. We slept super well, we rested like never before. The house is very comfortable, with everything you need to spend a few days of total rest. A very comfortable TV room, the bed in the room is delicious and the bathroom is a spa!! A large pool and garden, we & our dogs really enjoyed it. Highly recommended for spending a few days out of town, recharging batteries, resting and sleeping deliciously! The place is just like the photos and the photos of the pool and garden don't do it justice, a quiet space to rest and enjoy. There are shops nearby to shop and it is close to the road to Progreso. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay here! The home is beautiful! Better than the photos! The lap pool water was warm and the backyard was a lovely outdoor oasis. Great location!

Miguel was an excellent host. The place provided is just like the pictures, with a beautiful rooftop pool. The unit has huge floor-to-ceiling windows that just light the whole place up and make it feel super open with lots of natural light. Everything is new and clean, with cool tile floors—just an overall very peaceful place to stay. A 10-minute walk to the mall, there's a great coffee place called Momu a quick 5-minute walk away where they are very friendly and offer a ton of nearby whole and vegan food options that are delicious. They also have a great coffee menu. The unit that Miguel offers is very close, maybe a 5-minute walk, to a grocery store with fresh produce and all the essentials needed. The complex is secure and very well lit up, super safe. Very nice people in this area and very helpful to new people to the neighborhood. This was a great place to stay. I work remotley and never had issues with the internet. I would most definitely stay here again this place was great!!!

The house is very nice, clean and colorful. The services work perfectly, we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. There are many food places and shops nearby. It is very well located, we can easily get to Progreso and also to downtown. We'll be back soon for sure.

The place was very good, I would only recommend changing the pillows , they are already a little worn , the area is between 5 and 10 minutes from the peripheral by car ! And to contact the hostess , it's best to dial her at the number that appears on the page , because if she is slow to respond to messages !!

A very good option to stay in Merida, the house has everything you need, from kitchen utensils to mosquito repellent. It is approximately 15 minutes by car from the main avenues and downtown.

We liked it very much. Everything was perfect, the cleanliness, the place, they made us feel at home, it's a very comforting space. The host Jonathan was always super friendly, he even got us a blender, always very friendly. We definitely look forward to returning soon. If I recommend it 100%

The accommodation is very nice, the house is clean and has everything you need to spend a few relaxing days. The pool is wonderful, it is large and you can enjoy it well in this hot season.

We stayed at María's place for 14 days in May and really enjoyed it. María was helpful from the start and always available when needed—whether picking up Amazon deliveries while we were out or resolving internet issues quickly. When I reported an unstable connection, she had a technician there within 1–2 hours. She even invited us for complimentary coffee to her María & Montejo café, so I could keep working while it was being fixed—such a thoughtful touch. The apartment has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, bike, easy parking in front, and great pool! We were initially worried about mosquitos (as mentioned in other reviews), but we didn’t see any! The air conditioning worked so well we barely noticed the 39°C heat outside. Also, the María & Montejo café right by the entrance serves excellent coffee and sweet breads—don’t miss the tiramisu with a fresh shot of espresso!
