With access to a beautiful private beach incredibly clean, quiet, and with a gentle and perfect swell. Large pool with ocean view and very manicured gardens. Located in a very central ideal area, you will have easy access to restaurants, bars, supermarket and various activities. Amazing views from the Department, very bright and comfortable. The Condominio offers tranquility and security.

Beautiful loft recently remodeled, it has ocean views, located on the 12th floor where you can enjoy the sea breeze and the soft murmur of the waves will make your stay a great experience. It has a large swimming pool and beautiful gardens. It has direct access to the beach. The condominium has awnings, chairs, and lounge chairs in the beach area. Strategically located one block from the coast, there are banks, restaurants, and public transportation nearby. It does not have parking.

You will enjoy your vacation in the private pool with incredible views, in addition to being able to spend the afternoon and prepare a roast pork in our barbecue or a delicious grilled fish.
